Gibson Electric

No Service After Sale

The installation from Gibison Electric was great. I was very impressed. Attention after the sale has not been good at all. I had an issue with the battery alarm that I had to troubleshoot and correct myself because Gibson Electric would not return calls or website inquiries. I have been trying for months to get a service performed. They answered one call and said I would be scheduled. No response since. Changing providers.

Gibson Electric

I had My first annual check up on me 22k whole home back up generator by the Dealer who installed it. He noticed a slight oil leak in the front cylinder head. He immediately disassembled the unit, identified that the gasket was the problem and returned the next day with a valve kit to repair. Excellent service, no delay to speak of and I was back in service. All costs covered under manufacturers warranty. Excellent job.

Great!

Installed my 22kW whole house generator and auto transfer switch November 2019. Installed in 4 hours with no problems at lower price than local dealers. Got 10 year factory warranty. Unit has performed flawlessly! Gibson Electric is great! Couldn't do better than dealing with them!

Outstanding Service

Jeremy is very knowledgeable about Generac. Would recommend him to anyone interested.

Excellent dealer

Very knowledgeable electrician and understands generators as well. Many are not good at both but Gibson is and shows up on time. Already had one power outage the day the installation was complete and the generator worked as advertised.
