NO SHOW
Made an appointment to have my generator serviced and no one showed up also called and left a message and got no reply

Does not follow-up on promises.
Call with a generator problem and had to leave a voicemail. Owner called back next day and after much decusion he promised to find time for a device call within a few days. We still have not had the promised callback after eight days later. And after a power failure, leaving us in the dark. I do not recommend any business that make promises and then ignores the customer.

Great installation!!!
Rich did an excellent job with our installation. Ours was a bit more complicated because we have a geothermal system. He did all his homework figuring out what he had to do to make the Generac work with our system. What an excellent job......nice to work with, and explained everything along the way!
