I had 3 appointments for a Generac installation. The first sales rep. was great and the front runner, until George showed up. So happy with the decision. The crew came in on time and did everything they said they would do. They cleaned up after themselves. Explained everything and answered all of my questions the day of installation. The generator passed all of it daily and weekly tests/updates/checks. Did I mention this is a family run operation. They never past the buck. Always respond either by phone or email, and promptly. GGI looked at our power needs and George recommended a Guardian 22kw. The quote for service and installation was reasonable and fair, and the Guardian was installed. The inspector, Gas Company, and GGI techs finished the job in SIX hours, activated the warranty and triple checked the installation.
