Ggi Generators

Excellent Service / Great Product

Living in the country comes with some issues. The major one we encountered in a loss of power during storm events and the long wait for power being restored. My wife and I decided to purchase a whole house generator and contacted High Tech Power Systems in Augusta for quote. Our service advisor Paul came out and determined the size of generator we would need in the event of an outage. We purchased the Generac that Paul recommended, and in no time the installation crew from High Tech had our unit installed and running. The service has been outstanding, and we're very pleased with our new generator. We highly recommend High Tech Power Systems and Generac.

Very Professional, Quality Installation

The entire purchase and installation process was a pleasure and I am extremely impressed by the quality of the installation. They lived up to the Elite rating in every way. I am also pleased with the Generac 22KW choice. Would not change anything if I had it to do over.

SC Happy

I had 3 appointments for a Generac installation. The first sales rep. was great and the front runner, until George showed up. So happy with the decision. The crew came in on time and did everything they said they would do. They cleaned up after themselves. Explained everything and answered all of my questions the day of installation. The generator passed all of it daily and weekly tests/updates/checks. Did I mention this is a family run operation. They never past the buck. Always respond either by phone or email, and promptly. Folks if you are undecided, allow me to make the decision for you. George has the best prices and deals for a Generac generator.

A must for Reliable Emergency power

GGI looked at our power needs and George recommended a Guardian 22kw. The quote for service and installation was reasonable and fair, and the Guardian was installed. The inspector, Gas Company, and GGI techs finished the job in SIX hours, activated the warranty and triple checked the installation. George came by and reviewed all the things Glenn just did ..THOROUGH. Now we have the backup power our home needs. I highly recommend GGI for your Backup power needs. Lynn n Michael Ferrando
