Expert installer

I needed some help with wiring on my Generac whole house generator and was told to call George. He helped guide me to detect the problem. After trying several different methods he came up with bypassing the #21 wire and it worked but he told me the next day that it could be 2 wires crossed at the transfer switch the 0 wire and the 21 wire and that was exactly what it was. It is now working perfectly. I lost power last night for 3 hours and the generator worked perfectly! Thanks George

Initial call was answered by the owner. He was flexible to setting up a time for an estimate. When he arrived, he explained what was needed for installation and provided an estimate. I asked if the estimate was acceptable how soon he could start. He was able to start in a couple of days. They poured the slab and a few days later the generator was set up. After setting up the gas he returned and finished the install. Every thing was explained professionally and in a friendly manner.
