Great Service!

I am a new customer of a whole house generator. George has been very reliable. He has always done what he said he would, when he said that he would. This is a pleasant and welcome experience.

Generator George

I recently had the pleasure of working with George McIntosh and his outstanding generator service business, and I couldn't be more impressed. George's in-depth knowledge of generators is truly remarkable, and he was able to diagnose and resolve issues with incredible precision. His responsiveness is second to none – he promptly returned my calls and was at my location exactly when promised. George's professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction set him apart from the rest. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of generator expertise. A true expert in his field!

Living in a rural area, it is sometimes very difficult to find technical support. I have used George for service and repair issues for over 15 yrs. He has always been very prompt and professional, showing up on time and cleaning up after his service. I would highly recommend him to any Generac owners in the area.

Expert installer

I needed some help with wiring on my Generac whole house generator and was told to call George. He helped guide me to detect the problem. After trying several different methods he came up with bypassing the #21 wire and it worked but he told me the next day that it could be 2 wires crossed at the transfer switch the 0 wire and the 21 wire and that was exactly what it was. It is now working perfectly. I lost power last night for 3 hours and the generator worked perfectly! Thanks George

Dealing with the experienced owner!

Initial call was answered by the owner. He was flexible to setting up a time for an estimate. When he arrived, he explained what was needed for installation and provided an estimate. I asked if the estimate was acceptable how soon he could start. He was able to start in a couple of days. They poured the slab and a few days later the generator was set up. After setting up the gas he returned and finished the install. Every thing was explained professionally and in a friendly manner.
