Excellent
Very happy with the entire online parts buying experience including some helpful technical advice on the phone. Some parts I needed were not initially found on their website but Chris added them into their database so I could do one stop shopping. Parts were shipped promptly and split into 2 orders to get me the best delivery possible. Prices were lowest and free shipping on orders over 49$. All good. Highly recommend.

What a pleasure!
Chris is professional, friendly and responsive to all the questions we had for before, during and after our generator install. I did a lot of research before deciding to use Gentek and am more than thrilled with our choice. I have and will continue to refer Chris/Gentek. For those of you still researching, you will stop once you talk with Chris.

Excellent troubleshooter
Gentek is the best and 1 of the few companies that I located that has the knowledge to repair existing equipment.Chris was very helpful, has a great attitude and the experience to fix any Generac issue. I would recommend Gentek to anyone who needs generator repair or service.

Amazing dealer!!
I highly recommend them for any generator needs. They truly help you and recommend the best parts for your needs. My generac generator is 15 years old and they helped me find a new part for my generator and also told me my battery is bad and I got a new one and everything works flawlessly. Again I HIGHLY recommend for any generator needs!
