Gentech Northwest, LLC

Amazing Company

To replace my old, way out of code generator I contacted 5 Generac dealers in the area for estimates. After each one of them came to our house to look at my current setup, it quickly became apparent that Gentech Northwest was the front runner by far. They were the most prompt in returning their estimate and quickly and patiently responded to every question I asked. They were friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional and set up my 18kw generator along with the tank and piping in one morning and also set me up with a 5 year maintenance contract which mirrors exactly the terms of Generac's 5 year warranty. I very highly recommend this company if you need a generator installed and maintained on your property.

This dealer represents your product in am extraordinary manner

I just had a Gentech generator installed by Gentech NW and want to say I'm so happy I found this company. Jamie and Mason did an exceptional job and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Professional, responsive, friendly, and thorough. Very happy these guys were recommended to me.

STELLAR CONTRACTOR!!

GenTech NW & owners Jamie & Mason are outstanding in detailed workmanship, promptness, thoroughness, attention to detail and with outstanding coordination and expertise! They completed our 24KW install with enormous complex work in 5 hours and its all totally bullet-proof. They provided us with a detailed bid at a great price and delivered on all perfectly, not one bad issue. We wholeheartedly recommend GenTech NW and Jamie & Mason.

Impeccable service - great technical depth - great experience!

We got a referral from other vendors in town and found Mason and Jamie from Gentech Northwest to install a whole house generator for us. From the first interaction both were professional and had a can-do approach on the job. There were some unexpected system deficiencies with our own home setup that Jamie and Mason discovered along the way. What was impressive is that they found real-time solutions to keep the project moving and on-time due to their deep knowledge in the electrical trade. In the end they installed the whole house generator, built a beautiful fence around it and helped us upgrade some other electrical items that needed addressing at the same time. Will reach out to hire them again. If you are looking for someone to install your generator - don't hesitate! Hire them! They are skilled, hardworking and honest.

Impeccable

Not only was every part of our experience great and clear, but the local permit inspectors said it was the cleanest job they’d ever seen, and took a while taking pictures to show others.

Exceptional Experience!

I highly recommend GenTech Northwest based upon my recent experience with a Generac 24kw unit installation. Turnaround on the quote was quick and both Jamie & Mason provided excellent advice and suggestions during their onsite evaluation. GenTech Northwest functions as a true "turnkey" operation - they took care of every detail. The delivery and installation was thorough and highly professional. Jamie and Mason work flawlessly together to get the job done and ensure a meticulous job site when finished. We've experienced two power outages in the past three weeks since installation, and within (at most) 20 seconds the generator and transfer engaged and the house was fully functional. I cannot be happier having chosen Generac and especially GenTech Northwest.

Exceeded expectations!

When we were in the market for a standby generator I asked several neighbors who have GenTech NW installed units about their experience and each of them had great things to say. Our experience mirrored that of our neighbors; from the beginning and through the entire process the GenTech NW team was professional, responsive, and exceeded our expectations. I recently recommended them to a neighbor who hired them and is very happy with the work. If you're in the market for a standby generator don't hesitate to give them a call.

Great Service

We had our Generac installed by Gen Tech NW and it was efficient and professional. On time and did exactly as promised. We would recommend Gen Tech NW for anyone thinking of installing a whole house generator.

BEST POSSIBLE COMPANY TO INSTALL GENERATOR SYSTEM

A neighbor recommended Gentech NW because of their outstanding experience. They could not be better in any way. The best possible experience. Could not possible give them a better recommendation. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, quality work. Feel free to contact me for comments.

Highly recommend

They honored my appointment. They assessed my needs. They told me exactly what they would be doing and why. They provided a written estimate. They worked with me to gain approval from my homeowners architectural committee. The install looks like it has always belonged there and is unobtrusive. I “almost” can’t wait for the next power outage!! Thanks Team.
