Have generator for sole purpose of continuous power for medical devices. Generator went out and this company could not come out because they were too busy on their boat!

I spoke with Pamela in the office and she got Lance to look at my Generac generator. I was told earlier by another Generac service tech that it had a blown head gasket. Lance checked it out thoroughly and found the only problem was that the oil cap had vibrated off and that it was low on oil. Needless to say I know have a new company that will handle all of my generator needs. Thank-You So Much to both Pamela and Lance. You are what Customer Satisfaction is All About.
