Genstar Power Systems

GenStar Power Systems is the best

GenStar Power Systems did a great job installing my Generac 26kw backup generator. Aslo their price was significantly better than the other quotes we obtained. The installation started on the date promised and proceded according to schedule and went very smoothly thanks to their electrician Aaron. We definitely recommend GenStar Power Systems.

Great company to work with.

The install was done on time as noted and they did a great job. Anthony

So happy I called Genstar!

I first called Steve Poore at Genstar last year for my annual service of my Generac Home Generator. The friendly, professional and knowledgeable service he provided us left no doubt we will continue to utilize Genstar this year and in the future.

Excellent in every way

Steve and his team were absolutely fantastic. I live in an area where we have frequent power outages because of high winds. I got Steve's number from a friend, gave him a call and explained to him that we needed a unit that would power our entire house indefinitely installed in less than 2 weeks. He delivered brilliantly. Not only was his price really competitive, but the install was quick and clean, and the unit has already saved us from 3 power outages.

Honest, On Time, overall Great.

Aaron came out looked at my issue and said simple fix. Said I needed to reset my weekly scan and that would eliminate my flashing red lights. He was right, fixed the problem. Someone else came out and said it was my circuit board. They saved me a lot of dollars. Don't waste your time calling anyone else, call Gen Star.

They promised perfection and then they over delivered!

We had a excellent experience with their entire team who were experts in their field. They were extremley helpful and responsive. It was a very pleasent experience with Great people.

This dealer is very thorough

I was very impressed with their installers and their ability to do an exceptional installation on schedule

Saved my bacon

Unit failed to start due to a manufacturing defect, engine needed to be replaced. Diagnosed specific issue and worked with Generac technical support to confirm the problem and order replacement part. Dealer support was superb and technical knowledge and professional work beyond reproach. Well done all around.
