Gensolar was fantastic to work with. The technician, Jesse was great. He was friendly, and communicated well with us regarding the tune up of my Generac generator.

I started off with the Generac generator, install was as expected and works perfectly, in the back of my mind I had always been interested in solar panels. After talking with Konstantine about the Tesla solar panel system I was hooked but still skeptical. I watched as they did the install, such attention to detail. There\u2019s not much that impresses me anymore, but I\u2019ve got to say\u2026 I\u2019m beyond impressed. Today\u2026 literally after firing it up last night I had my first neighborhood power failure, the system was charged and gave me 19 hours of protection. Unfortunately the power failure only lasted an hour, but my system only drained to 97 percent. Very impressive. Not to mention\u2026 I have almost 500 gallons of propane for the General as a backup to the backup. I recommend Gensolar with 5 stars\u2026 I\u2019d give 10 stars if I could.

The guys quoted, delivered and installed everything extra fast. Even made the propane company show up in no time. Great work!

I\u2019m the initial meeting Konstantine thoroughly explained everything that would be included in the package for this generator purchase. He explained the time-line for everything and provided follow-up phone calls when something had to change. His Company was very professional and I am extremely pleased with this. The professionalism and response time were exceptional. The team took time to answer all my questions and explain to the smallest detail. I am not well versed in generators and had many questions. I first learned of Gensolar at our local home builder show back in March 2023. I had been thinking about a back up generator system for the past few years, and will do a little research, but then just put it off another year. So it was good to be able to talk to a local expert, in person, and what also drew me was that they have a office in town.Sure the Generac unit itself might be cheaper at Costco, but then there's the added cost of a 250-gallon propane tank, it's delivery, labor for setting up pads, digging trenches for the cables and gas line, wiring, etc.Gensolar took care of all that, and really the only reason I needed to be onsite was to point out where I'd like the generator and the tank.They just finished the install a few days ago, and they helped me set up the App on my phone, and run a simulated power outage so I could see how everything operated.And again, it's good to know that if we need help, there's a local expert that we can reach out to.

I had this dealer install a 22kw whole house generator back in late 2018 and the generator worked great\u2026up until it didn\u2019t. A few weeks ago we had a fairly strong wind storm and lost power. I thought nothing of this as I knew the generator would pick it up. But, nothing, no power. I went outside and found the generator was running but not powering the house. I know enough to know I shouldn\u2019t be the one troubleshooting this problem. I called and got Konstatin scheduled to come check it out.. Konstatin found a damaged wire on one of the solenoids (I think that is what it was) that he needed to take it to his shop for solder work. He brought it back, installed it, and it all worked. He also cleared an error message my generator displayed. Back to having my peace of mind with the generator up and running. Thanks Konstantin.

had to replace our mobile link...took awhile as there was shortage of supplies..but our dealer was able to find what we needed and got it installed and working. Very friendly and professional service.Barb and Dave

Part of a large tree bumped into our 9 kW Generac when a local firm removed it. I called Gensolar in Fairbanks to have the generator checked. Constantine came to our house in a timely manner and carefully looked at the unit, ran it briefly and said it is okay.
