Hi Ed,First, thanks for all your patience and understanding with the various visits to our property by you, Chris, and Brad to ensure our wishes were met with the location and installation of the generator.Second, thanks to Lindsay and the office staff for all their patience and understanding during texts and phone calls in scheduling (re-scheduling) and administering the project.Third, your electric install team were professional and accommodating to our wishes as well as articulate in explaining the best installation approaches based on their experience, and in explaining the operation of the generator. All went well and we are looking forward to the follow-up visits by other concerns going just as smoothly as well as our ongoing relationship with you for service and advice.

Warrantee work

They blatantly refused to provide any warrantee service because unit was not installed by them. This is a poor warrantee if you cannot get service. Highly not professional, and I blame Generac for not having something written in their dealer agreement that dealers are required to perform warrantee work within a reasonable time frame.

Took a long time to assess the problem, never followed up, stated I needed a new generator.N

Top Notch - Quality is unparalleled

I contacted GenReady last April to discuss options for installing a full house generator at my home. After discussing a few months my husband and I decided to move forward and on October 19th it was installed.

Simply could not be happier

GenReady is a old-school, family-owned and operated business, and it shows. Both Ed and his son simply could not have done any more to make the purchase and installation run smoothly. They provided one-stop service and took care of everything: from getting permits from the Village, to electrical, gas, inspections, etc. During the installation, they worked cleanly (taking off their shoes as they came indoors and cleaning up outside when they were finished) and carefully (ensuring that each part of the house that needed to work when the power goes out was connected to the generator, with nothing left out). And their pricing was competitive. I'm a hard person to please, and they truly exceeded every single one of my expectations. I can't recommend them more highly.

USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR INSTALL!!

I was looking for a experienced installer for about 6 months. After a bad hurricane my wife and I decided to purchase a generator. All these companies came pitching there products and none felt right. Then we met ED and his son from US1 Electric. He was very professional and knew exactly what we needed. All his employees are very respectful to my wife and kids. They always explain what they are doing and I highly recommend them. I feels good to know you have someone like ED who you can count on!
