GenPro For The Win!

Brandon, of GenPro, had returned a call from me months ago just after hurricane Milton blew into town. I wish he had been the first to respond to my call for emergency generator repair. I had to tell him I had verbally contracted with another local IASD for Generac but he said he understood and to call if I needed anything else. Long story short... the other guy had less than desirable communication protocols and after almost two months my 22 kW unit was still in pieces. I found Brandon's number in my calls list, reached out to him on 04 December, and told him the situation with my generator. Brandon asked for the serial number of my unit and got back to me about four hours later. Told me that the other guy had submitted a warranty claim on 11 November and had received the part (a rotor... major part) on 13 November. So, cutting to the chase, Brandon got with customer service at Generac dot com and was able to get the warranty work transferred to him. On Friday 06 December Brandon informed me that he would be at my location on Monday 09 December with a new rotor. True to his word, I got a text this morning from Brandon saying he was about one hour out. One hour later he arrived ready to go. Two hours later my generator was back in service with all systems checked and within specification. GenPro delivered in two hours what the other guy could not get done in almost two months.

Showed up within a couple days of me calling, found the issue, fixed the issue and stuck around to test and made sure it was working under load. Was super helpful and took the time to explain things and answer my questions. Literally the day after he set me up, we had an electrical storm and the power went out. 10 seconds later the generator kicked on and I had power. I was very happy to see it work in time for Would have been 5 stars, but he showed up about an hour after when he said he would. He's a lot more prompt than other people in the area, but you gotta be on time to get 5 stars. In any case, I will be calling him again next time I need maintenance repair work. Very satisfied.
