Jay and team performed a reinstall of our generator (to correct code issues with the previous installer), and installed a second transfer switch so the whole house would be serviced. They were timely, professional, and courteous the whole time, and did great work.

I met with several Generator installers before I settled on JCM. They were the most professional. Also, they were able to easily design a system and location for the generator.The other dealers I met with were not able to do this. Their prices are fair and they installed in 2 days as promised...even in nasty December weather.

My generic installation necessitated running a long cable under the garden and an old brick patio. The installation team took great care to reset the patio bricks afterwards; in fact, it looked better than it did before the installation! Inside the house, the team did an extremely clean and neat job, especially since they had to relocate some existing equipment to accommodate the transfer switch. I would certainly recommend this dealer to anyone.

After enduring several years of weather related power outages, we decided to have a standby generator installed in our house. After much research, we picked JCM Machinery to do the job. We couldn't be happier. Jay did an excellent job explaining the different options that were available and what to expect during the install so that there would be no surprises. I just had my much awaited generator installed yesterday. I was very pleased with all the workers. They explained what they were doing, advised before shutting off power, and did a neat, professional job. They lined the downstairs with tarps, wore booties inside, and then I heard a vacuum running at days end. I assumed it was my husband, but no - they did that too! I had to wait 4 months for installation but it was worth it. Their inside person, Melissa, had already given me a preview of their attention to detail, etc.and pleasant manner. The workers carried through with this. They exceeded my expectations.

JCM recently installed a Home generator at our house and we are totally satisfied with every part of the ordering and installation process. Understanding that recent storms have increased the appeal of these systems, we did have to wait quite a while to have it installed. However, the projected installation timetable was accomplished as promised and JCM walked us through all of the preparation and costs. The crew that installed the system were completely professional and very pleasant. Today our unit, electrical installation, etc, was inspected and approved with no hesitation. JCM did a great job!

My home and yard were left in impeccable order. Even the borough inspectors commented on how thorough the plans were when they applied for the permit. Upon the inspection, the inspectors further commented on the professionalism of the job. Of the three electrical contractors I met with, Jay was far and away the most thorough, knowledgeable, informative, and professional. After a complete examination of our electrical requirements, Jay presented various generator options and guided me through a decision process that resulted in my making a decision.

This was an unusual and difficult domestic installation. Large periodic demands, limited underground access, remote location, tricky generator and tank installation. Work was done on schedule and price. Clean and considerate. JCM handled everything. One thing that helped us decide on JCM was that the rep came to talk with us about the installation in the middle of a significant snowstorm. I assumed nobody would be out but there he was at the front door. They have a very professional attitude. There haven't been any issues with the equipment or performance but I'm confident that if we do JCM will make a good effort to rectify them quickly.

I recently had a Standby Generator installed by Jay and his team at JCM. They are the epitome of professionalism and hard work. From the time I met Jay (he called within 5 minutes of my request), he answered all of my questions, gave me a very fair price, and went above and beyond in terms of the installation and allaying any concerns I had. The entire process was hassle free for me\u2026..he took care of everything from permits to the tanks to the install, and even coordinated the delivery of the propane tanks with the propane company of my choosing. I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience this was, starting from the beginning with the in-home estimate through the installation. They made it so that I didn't have to be concerned about anything. The permits were retrieved without a hitch. They are extremely knowledgeable and demonstrated wonderful attitudes throughout the hot day while being courteous and friendly. Tarps were used throughout my home and my yard was left in perfect shape. The demonstration on the generator was invaluable although it was made clear that they are only a phone call away. The borough inspection went extremely well. I highly recommend them for a Generac or anything that they may do.
