Generx Generators LLC

Poor customer service

GenerX installed my generator after long delays. They did not complete the enclosure. A door was never installed. The drain holes do not drain water out of the enclosure. Nobody answers their phone calls or returns phone calls. They do not answer my emails. I strongly recommend that customers look elsewhere for a more reliable company to install their generator. I am definitely not using them to service my unit.

Terrible responsiveness

Seem like they would rather not sell a generator. Multiple attempts to get an accurate quote - once I have a final quote they then inform me they no longer coordinate the building of the walls needed in my subdivision despite it being included on all previous quotes. I have now been waiting a month for them to send me a quote the removes the wall. This is a VERY poorly run organization. I am moving in a different direction and if you are considering them I recommend you do the same thing

Run Away....CROOKS

They took 10% down, failed on the install, damaged house with over 10K in damage as admitted by them and assessed by independent restoration company, and have disappeared no answers from managers. Generex should drop this company as a distributor, we are pursuing legal action....run run run from these people

Bad warranty service

Run do not use these people for warranty work. My Guardian 24KW was not barely one year old I had a start up issue which they said would be under warranty but pay in advance. I did $295.00 and then they sent a repair guy who worked on it stopped working the next week. He came back out and said it was a Fuel Regulator and they would send another person to fix it. They instead sent another bill for $455.00! They told me the part was not under warranty. I called GENERAC direct and they said yes it is. Case number9803610. I do not trust this service center because they didnt even file a warranty claim with GENERAC. Good luck gettinf a reputable Generac service center.

ask for price before you

I had these people come out to put a new battery in my generator and change oil while they were here Total cost was 954.00 Total rip off the charge 359.00 for maintenance plus 205.00 for diagnostic plus 80 for service call

Cannot get ahold of them

They sold me a several generaotrs and I pay for yearly maintence for my WCXS Radio. They came out at the end of July for scheduled maintenance. Generator was working good prior to them coming out. When they left, they said I had a bent rod in the engine but that it would be covered under warranty and they would have it fixed the following week. I have not heard back and we have had no backup power at the station since then. You cannot get ahold of any by phone and the email that the service manager contacted me from says it doesn't exist when I try to send an email.

Polite staff.... Terrible & greedy service

Have a 3 1/2 year old Generac generator... Spent over $3000.00 on maintenance & repairs & the only time I needed it ..did not work.. Two lost food in Fridges Botched a normal oil change & put my house out of power for 48 hours while it took 2 staff to fix.. Then after the hurricane ..system did not work.. Two cancelled appointments & being 4 hours late on last appointment they showed up. Tell me $1000.00 a year in maintenance ccost not unusual ???..Made complaint to both dealer & manufacture & was told unit only had a 3 year warranty & this has expired .now ghosting me ?..But from someone else this is unreasonable
