Cannot get ahold of them

They sold me a several generaotrs and I pay for yearly maintence for my WCXS Radio. They came out at the end of July for scheduled maintenance. Generator was working good prior to them coming out. When they left, they said I had a bent rod in the engine but that it would be covered under warranty and they would have it fixed the following week. I have not heard back and we have had no backup power at the station since then. You cannot get ahold of any by phone and the email that the service manager contacted me from says it doesn't exist when I try to send an email.

Polite staff.... Terrible & greedy service

Have a 3 1/2 year old Generac generator... Spent over $3000.00 on maintenance & repairs & the only time I needed it ..did not work.. Two lost food in FridgesBotched a normal oil change & put my house out of power for 48 hours while it took 2 staff to fix.. Then after the hurricane ..system did not work.. Two cancelled appointments & being 4 hours late on last appointment they showed up.Tell me $1000.00 a year in maintenance ccost not unusual ???..Made complaint to both dealer & manufacture & was told unit only had a 3 year warranty & this has expired .now ghosting me ?..But from someone else this is unreasonable
