Buyer Beware !!!

I purchased a whole house generator in December 2020. I am having a problem getting the annual service completed. Someone called stating they were from Generx and was supposed to come out on 12/31/21 @ 8:00AM but cancelled the day before. Then someone called stating they were from Generx and needed my credit card over the phone before they would come out. Everyone knows the risk of giving out your credit card to someone over the phone. Business must be really good because the service is lousy.

From start to finish these guy's are the best. Communication was excellent and workers arrived on time every day they said they would. Ryan Resendez was great the day of the startupso far all is good. Thanks

Simple annual maintenance

Booked at 9:00 but never showed. Service says they are delayed. Supposed to call 30 minutes before arrival. No call all day long. Service says they had a emergency and I am next. Eight hours later but still no communication. They never answer their phones. Only communication is via computer and then you really don't know who you are talking too. Buyer beware.

Excellent from start to finish

We could not be more pleased. Total price was far better than the competition, Anthony explained options and wrote the contract just how I wanted, Jerry 1st part install and Patrick final install, and their crews, were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous, did not leave a huge mess in the yard, everything done very timely, we are all set for hurricane season now. A+ all around and a pleasure to do business with.

Great Company

Gererx of Punta Gorda did a great job for us. Our salesman Will made promises that were ALL kept! The pricing, delivery, setup and training all happened right on schedule with NO hiccups at all. What made dealing with Gererx so great was that I didn't have to pull permits, contact an electrician, gas installer or anyone. 100% of the job was completed to my satisfaction by Gererx employees. These guys are awesome

We received several proposals from other vendors for a whole house generator that were quite honestly ridiculous. The mistake we were making was looking at electricains who could install a generator. We were about to pass on this project when we decided to try a company that only did generators. Will fr GenerX came out. He was very professional, gave us a fair price and the project went flawlessly. Liz from the office kept us informed and everybody who came to our home was not only polite but very professional. They were right on time for every appointment and finished their tasks in the day they came, no delays or excuses. My wife was impressed by how well they cleaned up behind themselves. If you want a whole generator, this is the company to call.

Communication with this dealer was clear and concise. Emails were timely and well organized. Technicians were on time and efficient, and very willing to answer any questions. (a rarity).
