Worst Generac Dealer
Bought a generator through GenerX and they could NOT be worse at service! Paid a deposit in February and did not get generator installed until the middle of September! Salesman stopped returning calls and customer service never answers the phone. Tried to cancel but was told they would not return my deposit. Installers were amazing, but lack of responsiveness from GenerX is a huge disappointment. There has to be better companies in Naples, FL and I am actively seeking one to take care of my generator. Will be going to Better Business Bureau next.
