Hello, Is Anyone There?

The sales rep showed up on time and sent me an estimate within 24 hours. I signed a contract and paid my down payment in July 2022, and now at the end of November 2022 still nothing. I contacted the sales rep, sales manager, and CSR and still can't get a straight answer. I'd gone to my City about something else on August 31, 2022 and found out there was a delay due to the survey drawing and Generex had been notified on August 19, 2022. I called and told them the issue, but it was not taken care of until October 27, 2022 according to the City. I contacted the sales manager again and he assured me that this would be taken care of and he would maintain contact. It's been an additional two-weeks now, November 21, 2022 and I still haven't had any contact from Generex. It's firing day today.
