I would like to send out great kudos to John! My 75 year old mother was without power. She lives by herself in WV. I live in MD. She came home 10:30 at night and did not have power. Her Generac generator was NOT working (You guys did not install or service it. Someone else did.) She could not get into her house. She typically uses her garage door to get in. She did not have the key to her front door and her little dog was in the house. The little dog was in her cool unfinished basement with plenty of water. My mom was very upset. She stayed at a friend's house that night. The next morning I contacted your company prior to 8am, got your v/m. You guys had John's number on the v/m. I called him, he answered right away, he informed me he was going out right away. He said, he was going to call when he was on his way. He did. He said, he would call when he determined the case. He did. He got my mother into her home within 30-45 min. He called me 2 more times that day. My mother was so happy and that makes me happy. You guys have our business, but my mom only wants John. LOL. Thank you John for your prompt response!

Couldn't be more pleased

Excellent all the way around. The installation was quick, the materials and craftsmanship was excellent, the communication between the installer and I was great as well. Based on my experience I highly recommend this contractor.

They really went above and beyond to help me find the parts I needed for my generator. Made sure to explain everything to me after it was repaired.
