From my initial contact through to the completed repair, everyone truly provided excellent customer service, which is refreshing and not often found unfortunately when engaging with service providers. Outstanding Experience

Entire home generator systems are pricey so the vendor chosen must match the cost of the unit with expertise, professionalism and, with a great customer service experience. The office and technical staff were the best that I have ever encountered. I cannot say anything more about how great the experience has been. Generators-on-Demand offers a 'turn-key' solution and it is just that. My sole responsibility was saying 'hello' at the door.
