Breach of Contract
I signed a contract for a Generac Generator and paid a deposit. During the Cancellation period I cancelled the contract. The owner said he spent my deposit funds prior to the end of the contract cancellation period and didn't have the money to return to me. He said he would return it on a specific date and failed to do so and won't answer the phone or respond to written communication. Looking back it was a con job from the very beginning where he represented himself as a Generac Dealer.
