We just had our generator installed a couple of days ago. Despite deep snow the guys worked well and got the job completed in around 6 hours. They were very friendly, informative and considerate of coming in and out of the house when needed.

Our old gen set went south and AES replaced the old unit with a slightly larger one. The day of installation was a rainy one not just light drizzle but rain. The two installers kept at the installation and didn't leave our house until 6:30 that night. The unit was professionally installed per a pre installation analysis of our needs by the company. Have also signed up for their yearly service check of the unit. Highly recommended!

The sales representative who sold the generator to us and the crew who installed the generator were very professional. If you are considering an installation of a generator, I would highly recommend this dealer and product.

I needed to sell my father's home before I could have a home generator put in. The dealer was able to schedule around my special needs. On the day of the install, the works were here on time and finished much sooner than I expected. They let me know when they needed to turn off the power in the home. It was only off for 90 minutes while they hooked up the generator.

From the time I called into Generac to the time the salesman came to my house, what I was promised, to what was delivered was exceptional service.The crew did a great job explaining what they will do in order of the day. First was the electrical panel change out, than the select circuit while the generator was being setup outside. On March 19,2018 we had a sale man come to our home from Generac Generators. He explained to us what we would need to have a generator install, and how much it would be. My husband told him to go ahead and have it install. On March 28, 2018 The workmen came out and install the generator, It was install by 1:00 P.M. Yes we well recommend them.The Flemings

Soon after my generator was installed, we lost power. I should say, other people lost power. My generator kicked right in as advertised. It was great!

Dan & Angel installed my Synergy 4.5 months ago and they did a great job. Everything looks custom-built and blended as if it was apart of my original house design. Dan was also very thorough in answering my questions and making sure I knew how and why the system works. Good guy! Electricity went off twice since the install and my Synergy kicked in flawlessly both times.From day 1 meeting with Toby, I felt like this would be a good company to work with, and I was right. He had to order my Synergy from the factory, but it arrived quickly. I was also updated when it shipped and when it arrived.Thanks guys for a stress-free transaction!

Installation was completed by supper time. They worked right thru the snow and sleet.

AES recently installed our Generac home back-up system and we couldn't be more pleased! We can actually sleep at night knowing if power goes out, our sump pump will still run and our basement won't be flooded again! Everyone at AES has been professional, experienced and helpful all along the way. At our initial meeting, the owner of AES explained everything in great detail. He found the right unit to fit our needs without trying to 'over sell' us. Felt comfortable from the start with his overall experience providing and installing these units. The fact that AES provides the COMPLETE package including gas piping, electrical, annual servicing, etc...is peace of mind that if there would ever be an issue down the road (knock on wood!) we have one point of contact. The installers were awesome - extremely experienced, hard working and friendly! They stayed past 7:00 pm to get the job done in one day. Plus, they will be coming back to do some additional electrical work to make sure we have peace-of-mind that all will be just as it should be. Their office manager is very helpful with everything and ever so nice! She even provided us with their Certificate of Insurance to verify their coverage in case some unforeseen event would happen during install.We can't say enough about how positive this experience has been - we highly recommend AES!!

AES is a top notch company that knows their business and Generac Generating Systems. Our system has performed flawlessly for about 18 months thus far with no problems what so ever. We would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends in Western Iowa & Eastern Nebraska for any kind of electrical service.

Sales and service was top-notch. Glad we haven't had to use our generator but it is comforting to know it is there if we need it.

We haven't had a power outage yet, but I'm sure there's no cause for concern. From start to finish, it's obvious that the people I worked with knew exactly what they were doing. I'm very sure that the installation of our unit was done with great expertise. Working with this dealer was pleasant and easy because of how considerate the people are of their customer's needs. I give them wholehearted recommendation!

I did a lot of research before buying and found the Generac brand a great choice. Also did research and found AES had a great reputation and could do the complete install, gas hookup, etc and saved trying to line up my own contractors.... AES had a professional and friendly crew to install and set up my generator without a single problem. My family does not do well with power outages so after my install have had 2 power outages of more than 4 hrs. Life is normal as the generator starts up itself and flawlessly runs outside...... Its a great addition to my home and I feel if I have any problems, AES will be there to help.....

This dealer put in our all home generator 2 years ago and they did a great job putting it in. They did a generator maintenance every year and they showed up when they said and did a great job. We had our electricity go out a couple of times and it worked great. Thanks for being a great install and service company. JLH

I was extremely impressed with the expertise and professionalism of Tobias and his crew. They work quickly and efficiently and did an outstanding job. Rather than trying to make a larger sale, Tobias convinced me that I did not need as large of a unit as I had thought. About a month after the standby generator was installed, we had a ten hour power outage and everything in the house ran as normal. I would give A.E.S. my highest recommendation!
