Generator Works LLC

Look elsewhere.

I had this company install a new Generac home stand by generator several months ago. Recently I was receiving an issue pop up on the app regarding low oil levels and that service was required. I called and was ignored initially. After several attempts at contacting he finally stopped by to look at the unit. He provided no update as to the problem or what was needed to fix it. I had to repetitively inquire as to the issue. I received a cocky response to my inquiry. Later he shows up unannounced for what I thought was to finally repair the device. I had to once again contact him because I was still receiving the warning on the app. At this point I had enough. I told him that if he didn't want to provide support then he should just say so. The man has an arrogant attitude and is cocky in his replies. At first I tried to be civil but after awhile you just get tired of the attitude. The initial job of installation was also a poor job. They punched a jagged hole in my drywall on the inside of my garage and just left it there for me to fix. What a mess. The business feels more like a "fly-by-night" operation. If you ever do business with him you will know what I mean. There are others who can do this job better and with a more professional attitude.
