If they say they will have their representative at your house tomorrow between 9 to 10 am, you can bank it. Very good to work with from salesman, office staff to the entire support group.

Honest and up front with everything

I honestly do not have anything bad at all to say about this company - I have used them for over a year now. They show up when they say, the pricing is very good, everyone is accommodating, they are honest and up front with everything and no surprises. Eric is our Tech and I wouldn't use anyone else or any other company. They service the generator and have helped me with some troubleshooting and added sure starts to all the AC units. Do yourself a favor alleviate the stress in your life use a dependable company. Thank you to all you guys there

Worst Install Ever

After trying to install three 22kw generators at my home they finally sent a private installer to put the 4th one in and correctly diagnose the electrical problem that fried the first three. Worst install ever. Now I find out three years later that I had been monitoring the wrong generator on Mobil Link and of course that\u2019s not their fault either and that I have to fix it myself. Stay away from this company.

Whole house generator

They wete late in starting the installation. It took the electricians 3 visits to get the electric setup. It took 3 visits to get the ditch dug for the gas line. They put the regulator on the wrong side so you cant close the cover on the tank. They will be coming back to fix it. The different workers left their trash behind including broken tools and wrapping from the items they installed. Eric Walker was very knowledgeable and he was able to do the final walk through. It was good to finally have someone we could trust and took the time to answer our queztions. Generac generator is a very good product but getting it installed can be very stressful.

Now I am Ready!

These people were very friendly and provided excellent service for my Generac 17KW/990 GUARD+16C T/SW . I now feel ready to face the upcoming hurricane season!
