Generator Supercenter Va-richmond

Great plan and execution!

I live in Prince George County, VA and had 2 site visits by Generac Elite Pro + dealers. They both recommended the 26KW generator, but Generator Supercenter of Virginia (Richmond, Va) had the best plan calling for 2 220 amp automatic transfer switches instead of 1 300 amp automatic transfer switch-which would have required one of our AC units to be moved (at considerable expense) In addition, a cellular Gen monitor was included in the package! On the day of install, the crew (James Ricketts, Gavin Clark, and Jodi Tignor) worked very efficiently, competently, cheerfully and answered all my questions without making me feel ignorant/stupid. I am very pleased with the attention to detail, professionalism and the tidiness of the installation. Most importantly, The WAF (Wife Acceptance Factor) was very high!

Life saver

Literally one week after install we had a outage that lasted over 8 hours. The generator worked flawlessly, and we wouldn’t be more pleased. These folks had us installed within 3 weeks of signing and they were professional and showed up when they said they would

No Follow-through

Went into the brick and mortar store to schedule an appointment for an assessment/estimate. Set a date and time for sales rep to come to my house. On the appointed day and time I received no verifiable contact from this company. I say verifiable, because about 15 minutes before the appointment, I received a call from an "Unknown Number", which in these days of robo-calls, I don't pick up. I expect that if it's important, they will leave a message. I received no voicemail, e-mail, text message, or any other communication from the company. Which is a shame, since I would have been an easy sale.
