GENERATOR SUPERCENTER SHREVEPORT

It has been over 2 months now and my generator is still not operational. I\u2019ve called several times and have been told someone would come out. No one has come. I guess my only option now is to hire a lawyer. I highly suggest not purchasing a Generac as they appear to be the only service provider in the area.

This company was just bought by a new owner. We had their rep come give us an estimate. He did not seem interested and was almost a half a day late. He promised a followup-up that never happened and we never heard back.

I am still waiting on the new owners to come service my unit. No one calls you back or makes contact with you when you do speak to them about coming.

Bill and his crew were great all the way around with the installation of my new generator. From the quote to lining out the turn key installation, my husband and I couldn't have been more pleased. The crew is very hard working and knowledgeable, answered every question my husband and I had. We are so pleased to have the peace of mind this generator brings, along with knowing we have such great folks with Alternate Power to take care of it.

The 48k generac constantly goes out, and they can never seem to fix it. Yet they charge outrageous fees, to not fix the problem. Completely unreliable and unexperienced.

Excellent company which provides expert installation and follow-up service. Always available if a problem come up.

We had requested a quote before a big storm came through but dragged our feet. We had a tornado and were without power so I called him and told him we wanted the Generator. 2 days later it was installed. We are so happy with it and have already had to use it when out power was out for a day. Money will spend and I am so glad we used this vendor, they were top notch and did a great job of explaining every little detail.

I had trouble with my Generator after a bad storm. It worked for awhile, then started acting erratic, on and off. The next day I contacted 3 other dealers that were in Shreveport, La. They all said they did not work on units that they did not sell and install. I installed it myself a year earlier, and it had been working fine. Thanks allot huh? Well, after contacting this dealer the same day, he knew I was really between a rock and a hard place as I lived in an area where the Ele. goes out very often. He sent his best tech out that very day, even though he had allot of service calls to make just north of him where a bad storm had gone thru that same night and left the whole town with power lines down and people without power, yet he found time to get to my problem. Oh by the way, one Dealer told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks before they could get to me. I think just another way of telling me, "If they didn't sell and install it, they weren't going to come out!" This is the first time I have EVER given anyone or anything a review, and can truthfully say that This Dealer is as good as gold. The best service, very professional, very nice, neat, friendly and knowledgeable service technician. Almost forgot, he drove over 45 mi. to my house, that's over 90 mi. round trip. You can't beat that, he's got my business from now on. Thanks Allot Guys...
