Generator Supercenter

We are very happy with our generator and it has 17 hours of run time. We were ready for the maintenance to keep it going. Mitchell was our tech and is a very good representative for Generac.

Service Excellence

Generator Supercenter is great! Friendly, responsive customer service. Thanks for taking care of us!

Great service

Mitchell just did my annual service and Generac performing perfectly

Poor customer service.

I usually never write reviews, but I feel I should due to a bad experience. I scheduled a service with the company for my Generac generator. The service was completed, and afterward I called to check with the technician, who confirmed that everything was done. A couple of days later, I received a call from Christina in the office stating that the generator valves needed tightening. I was surprised and asked why this was not done during the service a few days earlier. I also explained that it was not right for me to pay for the technician to come back within a week for something that could have been completed during the original service. She was extremely unprofessional and began arguing, stating that she is a technician herself and that this is what is recommended. However, she was not interested in addressing my concerns and could not explain why this work was not done during the paid service. In the end, I asked to be connected to a supervisor, which has still not happened after two weeks. I would suggest caution when dealing with this company

Well done!

Mitchell was professional in every aspect of his service call. Arrived when he said he would and completed the service on our unit in a timely manner. Thanks

Generator Superstore

Our technician from Generator Supercenter, Mitchell, always calls before coming for our annual Generac generator service. He has been to our house several times and is always prompt, professional, and courteous. He goes about his business with precision and never seems bothered having to answer all my questions. I am impressed with his thoroughness and systematic approach to handling all of the annual maintenance steps.

Fast service

Mitchell was great. Answered my questions and was in and out completing service in less than an hour. Good experience

The service tech that came out to service my generac was very friendly and did an excellent job for me.

Professional service

Our service tech, Mitchell Harpold, was great! Took the time to explain everything and found the problem and fixed it. Attention to detail was evident, because when he was finished with servicing, he wiped the unit down and cleaned everything! We definitely recommend him for a service tech. Very professional.
