Great Company!

This company was by far the most responsive of the 3 local companies I interviewed for my job. I have a rather large house and wanted to not break the bank by installing a standby generator. They designed a way for me to do this with a 24kW unit (which is a new model) by deploying some creative methodologies. No one else seemed willing to take the time to do this.Mr. Romaine, a key player with Generator Supercenter in the West Palm Beach FL area, was instrumental in this effort. I sincerely appreciate his efforts and attention to detail.My advice to everyone is to start early. Through no fault of the vendor, getting gas to where you need it and getting all the required inspections done can easily take 9 months or more. Additionally, generators are in big demand now, so availability is limited. This impacts the time line even more.Bottom line: don't wait until a few months out from hurricane season and expect to have a standby generator installed in time for the season by anyone.When you do start looking I advise giving these good folks a call.

Great dealer, great generator

Living in Florida, I knew that I wanted a Generac generator when I was ready to buy a system. I have shopped around for quite some time for a whole home generator. After getting several quotes, I decided to go with Generator Superstore. I received a fair price and everyone that I dealt with was professional and just very nice. The install was uneventful, which is a good thing. I signed up for their monitoring service, and we had a minor problem with the unit and they knew of the problem before I did. They were out the same day and made sure that the problem was remedied. The best way to judge a company is to see how they handle a problem, these guys(and gals) really stepped up and I am looking forward to being a customer for a long time.

Service contract

I called the Generac super center looking for a company to monitor my generator and do my maintenance work. Wendy in their office has been super. She has been very courteous thru out the process of setting up the service call and in answering all my questions and concerns. The service crew came out to my house set up the generator with the new monitoring system and was also very helpful and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the new set up. Can't say enough about them. And there price was good also.

From start to finish, the team from Generator Supercenter of The Palm Beaches was responsive and thorough. They did a good job handling all the licensing and inspections. Each week, the generator is "exercised" to ensure it is functioning properly. Glad to report that all is well. Overall, we are very pleased with our new generator!
