Generator Supercenter Of Virginia

Outstanding service team

A generator is one of the things you purchase for your home that you don't think about till it doesn't work when you need it. We have had our whole home generator about a year and all systems checked out working well till we got notice on the app that the system needed to be checked. We spoke with Rachelle in the service department who promptly scheduled us with a service appointment. She was knowledgeable and courteous. Derek was promptly at our home the next day. He diagnosed the issue quickly and provided detailed explanation as to what the issue was. Their service was impeccable and their commitment to their company and to us as customers was second to none.

Quality Service

Very reliable service and solid customer service. Would highly recommend as a generator service provider - the annual maintenance contract is worthwhile.

Geat to have Boyland

I have been using Boyland Electric for the care of my Generac Generator for many years. I think the first Generator was in 2004, after that awful hurricane Gaston. I had bought my first Generator at that time and Boyland Electric has been taking care of my generator since then and even sold me my new generator a few years ago.

Dealer services and installation process was outstanding!!

Extremely, pleasantly pleased with the final product and installation. Very impressive and well constructed base for the Generac that exceeded our expectations. Much appreciated to all of their hard efforts and quality work delivered. Our highest recommendation to consider Boyland Electric for Generac product installation and/or other of your electrical derive needs. Thank you!

Outstanding crew

Mike & John installed the electrical portion of my GENERAC system today, and I could not be happier. Very professional, hard working, and kept me informed throughout the process including the portion of time needed to turn off the electrical power so that the connections could be accomplished. OUTSTANDING!

Easy Process

Kyle and the team did a great job , love my 24kw ! Office communicated every step of the way and install was a breeze , highly recommend

24 KW Generator Install

Generator Supercenter has been great to work with. From the initial meeting with Brandon who gave us the best price after several quotes from other reputable companies, to Kyle (the lead installer) and his workers who remained on the job until dark completing the install, to Angela who answered the telephone professionally many times, we highly recommend this company. Thank you for making this a non-stressful event.
