We have explored the option of installing a generator for a few years now. After my husband was diagnosed with a health condition that requires him to be on oxygen 24/7 we made the decision to get serious about a generator. We selected Generator Super Center of Upstate NY due to their initial presentation, knowledge and professionalism. We then experienced their service from the time we signed the deal to the day of installation. Great communication throughout the entire process and we can not even begin to describe how happy we are!

No hard sell here. From day 1, these people have been extraordinarily professional and helpful. Sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was very helpful in working with our HOA. Office personnel were very helpful and professional, a real pleasure to work with. We were kept informed during the permit process and installation date. The installation went very smoothly, the cleanup crew and technicians arrived on time and performed their job professionally. I literally could not have asked for anything better on this entire transaction/installation. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone interested in installing a generator. Its good to know that customer service is still alive and well!

We reviewed several generator company websites and contacted three of them. We had two companies meet with us at our home. Generator Supercenter\u2019s Sales Representative, Terry  was the most timely, friendly and knowledgeable and did not apply a high pressure sales pitch, unlike the other company\u2019s representative.  Joy from the front office, emailed us promptly and regularly regarding the installation scheduling plans. The actual installation process and sequence was clearly laid out so it was easy for us to understand the steps involved.  At our home, the crew was polite and professional  For cost, friendly service and professional installation on schedule, you cannot top Generator Supercenter of Upstate NY.

He listened to my needs and concerns, provided an understanding of how Generac generators are constructed and functioned (in terms I could understand), and evaluated requirements specific to my situation to determine the best generator for my home. From my initial inquiry to delivery and install, these guys impressed from the start. We contacted 3 dealers in the area and decidedto use Generator Supercenter of Upstate NY. Price was great, but the staff sealed the deal forus!!  Our sales rep provided lots of information, but in a way we could understand, not to mention we felt no pressure. After getting a few quotes for a in home generator, Generator Supercenter of Upstate NY won by a landslide. They answered all of my technical questions and we were very pleased with the entire staff and the installation. We purchased from them at a few hundred $$ more than the lowest bid and the purchase went down flawless. Would recommend to anybody looking for a hassle free experience.

EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS

I was very happy with the entire process of adding a standby generator to my home. Generator Supercenter of Upstate NY was timely, professional, and answered all of the questions that I had. They did all the legwork from getting approvals and permits to setting up inspections for final approval, no effort needed on my part.
