Generator Supercenter Of Upstate NY

Jamie and Zach arrived on time. They did an awesome job, once we dealt with the snake living in our panel box. They were knowledgeable and they worked well together. Professional through the entire installation.

High Grades ( 5 star)

We had our new Generac Generator installed on January 3rd 2025. To start with, the sales person Terry Smith did a excellent job explaining what we needed for the size of our home, the 14k generator needed for the 150 amp service in our home. He explained what to expect on the installation by the crew that would be installing the Backup Generator. When it came to the install date the 3 professionals (Jamie,Nick, and Zach) were here promptly at 8:00 am as scheduled. During the coarse of the install they were very courteous and supplied all the necessary information we needed about the install. I have nothing but the highest respect for the job they did and would recommend them and the product they installed to anyone. After they finished with the install they promptly cleaned up everything from the install. We are both very pleased with the work they completed. a few days after the install was completed Terry Smith came back to help us with getting the monitoring app installed on our phones. We were unable to actually get the app for our phone. (our problem, older phone) but he said that he would return to help if we decided to upgrade our current phone. this is why we gave Generator Superstore the 5 out of 5 rating.

Great Company

They came on the day and time scheduled. They were unbelievably polite. They were clean and very informative. They gave me a great tutorial at the end. This was a great investment. Thank you Tony & Terry.

5 out of 5…from the office staff, sales rep., Terry Smith, the technicians who installed the generator today……they were all 5 out of 5. Knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. Great job!

Dealer is terrific.

Excellent! Reviewed brochures picked up at the store. Set up an in-home visit. Rep answered all questions to my satisfaction. No pressure to buy. I did purchase a 14kW Generac. He called the next day to set up an installation date. Service personnel arrived on time, were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, Gave me an overview of what they would be doing. Following install, operation of the generator was demonstrated and all connections explained.

Very professional

The entire buying and install process was very smooth and complete in a timely manner. They did a great job and very clean looking installation. I highly recommend if your in the market.

Peace of Mind!!

We have explored the option of installing a generator for a few years now. After my husband was diagnosed with a health condition that requires him to be on oxygen 24/7 we made the decision to get serious about a generator. We selected Generator Super Center of Upstate NY due to their initial presentation, knowledge and professionalism. We then experienced their service from the time we signed the deal to the day of installation. Great communication throughout the entire process and we can not even begin to describe how happy we are!

WOW!

No hard sell here. From day 1, these people have been extraordinarily professional and helpful. Sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was very helpful in working with our HOA. Office personnel were very helpful and professional, a real pleasure to work with. We were kept informed during the permit process and installation date. The installation went very smoothly, the cleanup crew and technicians arrived on time and performed their job professionally. I literally could not have asked for anything better on this entire transaction/installation. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone interested in installing a generator. Its good to know that customer service is still alive and well!

EXCELLENT

We reviewed several generator company websites and contacted three of them. We had two companies meet with us at our home. Generator Supercenter’s Sales Representative, Terry  was the most timely, friendly and knowledgeable and did not apply a high pressure sales pitch, unlike the other company’s representative.  Joy from the front office, emailed us promptly and regularly regarding the installation scheduling plans. The actual installation process and sequence was clearly laid out so it was easy for us to understand the steps involved.  At our home, the crew was polite and professional  For cost, friendly service and professional installation on schedule, you cannot top Generator Supercenter of Upstate NY.

Highly recommend

I had a lot of questions and concerns when it came to my power needs. I looked into several companies and none were able to make feel comfortable with the investment. Generator supercenter of Upstate NY however went above and beyond to get my business. Made visits to my place more than once to answer questions and lay out a plan. The install was quick and painless for my family and I. I would recommend them over and over again!!!
