Generator Supercenter Of Tampa Bay

Horrible Experience

We had our generator installed less than a month ago. Hurricane Milton came and it didn't work. The battery was completely dead. They came out and replaced the battery. It's now dead again. Horrible experience. It's still not working at this moment. Make sure that if you use them, you are there when they test it. Make sure it runs your entire house for long durations.

Poor quality & bad servic

I purchased my Generac 08/28/2023 from Generac Supercenter of Tampa Bay and chose this dealer because the salesman convinced me on how great their service department is and how they respond around the clock, especially in times of need. This is completely not true. I had my unit serviced August 2024 with 7 hours on it and the unit failed me in October 2023 during Hurricane Milton. I am going on day 4 without power and cannot get anyone at this dealer on the phone. Oh and guess what? I pay them around $500 a year to “monitor” my equipment. It’s a scam and they should be ashamed of themselves for giving their customers a false sense of security. If I could do it all over again, I would not buy the Generac brand and I certainly would not buy from Generac Supercenter or Tampa Bay.

Great service visit

Very prompt and professional service! They had someone here within half hour to address my problem. Technician went above and beyond. Highly recommend this company.

Generator Supercenter gets it done

I lost power to my clothes dryer . Turns out that it was a component of my back up generator that got zapped by a power surge. I called up generator Supercenter expecting to wait at least a week or more to get it fixed because every business is busy these days. Incredible as it seems, my dryer was back up and running within 90 min. In other words, I called, 1 hour later, a handsome gentleman named Ryle showed up, and then he fixed my problem in about 30 min. I’ve never seen anything like it.

Everyone we dealt with was great!

We are so happy we chose Generator Supercenter. They made the process as simple as possible. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. Everyone listened and answered all of our questions.

Great outcome

Had the pleasure of working with generator supercenter today to service our Generac generator system. After a recent hurricane, we were in need of someone to check our system as a relay was not working properly I called generator supercenter on Tuesday morning, the day of the storm and they had someone out here on Thursday morning Resolved our problem quickly and efficiently. The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful with advice for the future. Cannot thank this company enough ! highly recommend them.

Excellent Support

Excellent support and staff. Generac Supercenter comes highly recommended from me.

Excellent customer service

Left messages over and over w no reply from the company who installed my generator. I then called Generator SuperCenter on Gunn Hwy. Nice lady answered instantly and offered prices and scheduled an appointment for service. I highly recommend Generator SuperCenter for quality prompt service.

Service and Diagnosis

Just had a service and diagnosis done on our generator. Technician was prompt, professional and courteous. I've been down for over two months with a broken leg and he did not seem to mind at all as I followed him around on my crutches because I am so bored in my house. He wasn't able to fix the transfer switch problem at this time but he made sure that I know how to manually transfer the power safely over to my generator. Highly recommend
