Excellent experience

We just had Generator Supercenter install a 18 kw Generac generator at our home and the experience was excellent and could not have been better. From the very beginning, from sales throughout the completion of installation, the process was smooth and seamless -thanks to the professionalism of all the members on the Generator Supercenter team. Levi was our sales professional and was extremely knowledgeable about the product, the size generator we needed and every detail of the process. I had a lot of questions and he was patient and answered all of them expertly. He provided all the documents needed and emailed them to me so that I could get our HOA's approval. Sophia in the front office was very friendly, helpful and professional, she called each week to let me know where we were in the process and any item that I needed to complete. Nolan installed the landscape box and was the electrician for installation. He created the landscape box that looks truly fantastic and it blends into the landscape perfectly! He did an amazing job with the electricity part of the project! Dean led the installation of the generator and was an expert at explaining everything that would be done, answering my many questions and going through the simulation of transfer of power which was done at the project finish. Adam and Will were part of the installation team and did a fantastic job with the installation, each performing their jobs in a professional and extremely competent manner. Our home was left in great condition -clean inside and out where the generator was placed. The Generator Supercenter team all contributed so that the installation of our generator was stressfree and an amazing success!! Thankyou everyone!

Generator Installation

We decided to get a generator after losing power several times over the last 2 years with the last time being for 6 days. Getting an initial consultation appointment was quick and easy. Brad came out to our house, walked around and looked at everything, told us all the options and outlined the process from contract to installation. It was very helpful to have someone so knowledgeable and courteous answering all our questions. The entire process including timeline went just as we were told. They checked in with us about every week during the 6 week process. Sophia was extremely helpful and responsive with phone and email communications. The day of install went exactly as expected based on what we were told. Dean and his crew were excellent, knowledgeable and respectful of our home and our dog. He kept us apprised of what they were doing throughout the install. He showed us everything about the generator and did a simulation of losing utility power and the generator taking over. He answered all our questions and was very patient and accommodating. We are extremely pleased that we went with this company for our generator installation. They held themselves to a standard and really delivered!

Awesome Experience

Awesome buying experience dealing with Sophia, Brad, Robert. Adam, and Dean. Sophia and Robert arranged appointments in a professional and timely manner, Brad came out for a site survey, was on time and very knowledgeable of the Generac and the installation process. Adam and Dean then came out for the install also very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Any questions we had were answered and issues I had were addressed professionally. Was great to deal with this crew.

Generator Supercenter was great. They were responsive, on-time, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a home standby generator.
