Annual Service

Had Gererator Supercenter service our home generator today. Service technician was excellent and very satisfied with the work performed. Happy we changed service providers last year to Gererator Superstore.

Very Professional

I just set up and purchased the service plan with a monitor last week. Today Ethan called me prior to showing up (very much appreciated). Ethan was there in less than 10 minutes. He introduced himself and explained what he was there to do which was install the monitor and walk me through an introduction of my generator. Ethan worked diligently while chatting and was super chill and polite. While walking me through the generator setup he spoke in terms I could understand and made sure I understood what was going on. I will absolutely be using their services again if needed. ***Update. We had a lightning strike at the house and it fried the electronics to our generator. CJ Yost made two trips out to install two new parts on our generator. He called before he showed up, got the work done, and contacted me before he left. Very professional.

Buddy and Kia came to our home to install our whole home generator. They were very professional, hard working and super nice. They were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. They were a pleasure to do business with. They set up the generac and got all the electrical hookups working. We're still waiting on the gas company to do their part. We're definitely looking forward to our whole home generator working when we have an outage. Thanks again Buddy and Kia for all your hard work. We really appreciate it!

Gen Mon is Great!

Highly recommend their monitoring service. It is well worth it. A couple of weeks ago my annual service was completed. I had a couple of faults shortly after. Each time they responded quickly with a technician. Kia was the most recent Technician and did an outstanding job finding the root causes. She also cleaned the generator before she left. Really went the extra mile for me.

Customer Service

Excellent customer service from the front desk to the sales associate (Ryen). He was very patient. He answered all my questions and understood our unique need for the generator. He gave us great advice and didn't push us to get anything we didn't need. I'm excited to work with them.

Love the Product/Service

Just had our regular maintenance on our whole house system. As always Dela and her assistant were professional, fast, efficient and provided a complete summary of their visit. Everything checked out fine on our system. And this was after a couple extended power outages in the past year based on recent east coast storms in our area.

Great Communication

Canceled first install date due to weather. Dropped and placed generator. Plumber came 2 days later to run gas line. Rescheduled electric work a month later because of power company and inspection dept. Electricians showed up on time and finished in about 4 hours. They kept me posted on progress and were neat and cleaned up area well. Explained operation to me and answered all questions I had. Gave them final payment and said to call if I had any questions. Told me to wait 24 hours and he would have all monitoring info in system. Next day I downloaded the app and sure enough everything was ready to go. It’s great to have people that show up on time, communicate well, and take the time to do the job right. Hard to find these days! Thanks again! Don, Bluffton, SC
