Generator Supercenter Triangle

Service NOT as Promised!

We chose Generator Supercenter of the Triangle because the installation was advertised as “turnkey.” Unfortunately, our experience was anything but. Our generator was installed on January 12, but it will not be operational until February 9—a four-week delay between installation and functionality. During that time, we received repeated excuses and apologies, but no real accountability or urgency to resolve the issue. A standby generator that sits unusable for weeks completely defeats the purpose of purchasing one, especially after the ice storm last weekend and another winter storm predicted for this weekend. The lack of coordination and follow-through does not align with what was promised during the sales process. If you are considering this company, be aware that “turnkey” may not mean what you expect. We have escalated this issue to corporate and requested a refund of our deposit due to the failure to deliver the service as represented.

Generator SuperCenter of the Triangle not ONLY completed a flawless Generac installation. But, they have stood behind me & my 24Kw every step of the way since installation. Request Nicholas if you are interested in a Generac, God bless their crew!
