GENERATOR SUPERCENTER OF ORLANDO

Our install turned out to be one of the worst home projects that we have embarked on. Great sales person and front man but literally not one thing he told us came to fruition during the install. Significant lack of communication, project management, and any customer focus or respect for customer property throughout the project. Our install took >9 weeks. The install team was on site only 4-5 days of that time. Most of the communication came from the admin or receptionist from the office. Most all appointments were no-shows. I can't believe that Generac would condone this kind of behavior representing their products. I have no reason to believe the generator will not deliver the required performance but do worry about the quality of the install and its effect on the longevity of the product. If it wasn't our project...this would be comical.

My wife made an appointment for a quote and they never called, Then he called to make another appointment for the quote and they never came and never called.

Jason came out and gave me a quote. He was very nice and answered all my questions. I was able to see how it worked and they were able to get me financed. I am looking forward to my install.

I did my research and obtained multiple quotes before making a purchase. The salesman for Generator Supercenter made me feel like he was really trying to to help. From explaining the size of the generator I needed to even having a mat to show size and placement. No other dealer did this for me.

I was happy with the guys from the start. Their calculation said I needed a 38kW, but Justin explained how I could manage my load and install a smaller and cheaper machine. He took the time to really explain to me ow it works. other places just tell you the smaller generator and don't take the time to explain how it works.

I started this quest years ago. I had met with a couple of the other dealers but when Justin came out and spoke with me I really learned how this would work. From describing how the machine fits my home to making sure it was still what I needed. It felt like he cared about me getting a generator than just buying it from him. The price felt fair and now that its finally installed after a delay because of this virus I have never felt safer in my home! Thanks again and Ill see you guys come service time.

I would highly recommend this company. Very responsive and in-home consultation was very informative. Great pricing and customer service. The install team did an excellent job with a quick turn around time.

After multiple attempts to make an appointment for my annual PM service, vis phone and e-mail, I gave up and went elsewhere!

This dealer quoted me at $10,000 to buy and install the cheapest generic model without even looking at were to install the product or ask any questions. He just gave me a high number so he won't have to bother with me. NICE.

I called three local dealers trying to purchase a generator and none of them returned calls. I called Generator Supercenter of Orlando. They immediately scheduled an appointment and the unit was purchased. That was May 22, 2020. It is now August 13 and I still do not have a working unit. It was finally delivered 3 weeks ago and the installation was started. And once again, they have disappeared. The only thing worse than not having a generator, is having one that doesn\u2019t work when the power goes out, which it did yesterday. Please stay away from this company unless you enjoy being left in the dark.

I scheduled an appointment for two weeks out for an initial evaluation with this dealer. I called the day before and the day of to try to get verification that they'd be at the appointment. I never got a person on the phone to verify and never got a call back. Needless to say....they didn't show up for the appointment. Don't waste your time with these guys.
