Generator Supercenter Of Oklahoma

Great service technician

My Generac app indicated that there was an issue with the generator and to call for service. Technician Bryce B. came out today and diagnosed that the problem was with the battery. He replaced the battery and tested the unit, and it is back up and ready to run. Bryce was very professional and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions and concerns.

I Am An Unhappy Camper!

Generator Supercenter installed my new standby generator on September 26, 2024. It has never had to run due to an outage; only during "test runs" once a week. On March 10, 2025 (only 6 months later with it being brand new) during a "test run", it threw out oil & started smoking real bad. My neighbor notified me because she thought it was on fire. I called Generator Supercenter about it & was told they couldn't get anyone out here to check on it until March 17th. On March 17th they called & said they couldn't make it out because one of the techs didn't show up & rescheduled me for March 20th. Tech did show up & approx 2 hours later told me that the motor had blown. He couldn't tell me why though. I was told that they had to order a motor & that it wouldn't arrive until April 4th. So that means I'm having to go without a standby generator for 25 days, at least probably longer, because there will be no telling when they can get out here when it does come in. I am a 71 year old widow woman, live alone & I am not in good health. Tornado Season is upon us & of course that always causes power outages. I don't need to be going without electric. And that is why I replaced an old standby generator that I had for over 20 years. And now this one has already messed up, & it's only 6 months old. I am not a happy camper. And when I told the tech that he acted like he could care less.

New Generac startup.

Aaron, Hunter & Brad from Generator Supercenter did the startup and instructions for my new 22KW Generac. The did a great job, very professional and efficient. We're very happy with the addition to our home.

Very smart guys!

So glad we found you guys! Our Generac is almost a year old & we didn't really know who to call recently when we had a problem. Darrell talked me through the steps to follow (by phone) in order to get it going again. Then Bryce B. came out to do a thorough service call a few days later. Both men were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, & understanding.

Great service

Had my Generac annual service performed by Brandon T. He is a talented and capable technician, I watched him perform the service and could tell he had good mechanical aptitude. Great job, great service.

Annual Maintenance

Brandon completed the annual maintenance on my existing 24kw generator package to my complete satisfaction. He pointed out an ant infestation in the controller unit that could have been a problem and told me what to watch for in the future to prevent the same problem. Overall very satisfied with this technicians work and communication.
