Had an issue w our 24KW and rep Marc came out a few days after our call. Took care of the issue (replaced brushes) under warranty, and thoroughly answered all our questions. Also finished putting on the rest of a \u201ccold weather kit\u201d we bought from Generac, but didn\u2019t have time to finish, as well as, installed an EMP protector (again, that we bought), to further protect our generator investment. Plus, he did the regular yearly maintenance. Felt so good, knowing all was well taken care of, when he was done. So, a big thanks to Marc and Generator Superstore, who we had put the generator in a few years back. If you haven\u2019t done so, ask about their maintenance program. Not only does it do the job but their staff absolutely done a very professional job on installation and servicing my unit every year. Very nice guys. Just had our one year maintenance done. Everyone has been so nice in our dealings with them. Tornado hit us in May and we had electricity when everyone else was without for four days. My wife has asthma so being without air conditioning is hard on her. So glad we had this!

Irecently had my yearly maintenance completed by John Christy. John did a great job! The work was completed expediently and with pride. John was courteous and very professional. When I got home, I looked at the generator and John had completely cleaned the interior and it looked like it did when it had first been installed. This was in April of 2022 and they said it would be a 2 year wait on the PWRgen... 2 YEARS!!I asked why would Generac just announce at a trade show they have them??So after the totally crazy 6+ figure price quote (**writing guidelines--not mentioning a specific price here) from their salesperson all I could say was, you are nuts!! Half the panels I need for just daytime solar with a 22kw gen only??No batteries or anything else and not even what I wanted or even need to run my house.The sales person didn't seem to know too much.I asked for other official paper quotes before he left hoping he was incorrect and as you guessed it, I never heard back from them. NEVER HEARD BACK. (been a good 10 weeks) So let me get this right. You are only going to push a product you mght have in inventory ignoring the customers wishes to do business?? Nice way to run a business... guess it's your right but I'm not giving you my hard earned money. The wife and I are easy going country folk.. so even writing this is agaisnt my personal prefeance but people have to know.

I visited Faith Electric at the Oklahoma State Fair.Was impressed with the guy I spoke with and was glad to give him my contact information. He told me someone would be in contact with me from the office.That was 5 weeks ago! I waited a full week after the fair was over just thinking they had a lot of calls to make.Then I called Faith Electric and only got a voice mail. I left a message and waited...and waited...and waited. I then called a second time, and waited some more. Today marks the fifth week. I got a call but was unable to answer it because I was on a business call at the time. When I finished my business call I called them back. I was asked if I would hold. I've now been holding for 36 minutes listening to their hold music and decided to go online and write this review.The young man at the fair talked about how good their customer relations are and if I have a problem after installation they are just a phone call away.I have come to the conclusion they don't care, their are not interested and can't be trusted.PLEASE DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!I'm now concluding my thoughts and I'm going to hang up the phone now at the 40 minute mark.I can talk to the IRS faster than this.

Dealer is terrible. Communication is worse. Company will not answer phone or call back . Directions for Service men are ridiculous. It took over 3 hours to get here after Service msn called us 4 times and was sent to Stigler not Eufaula! We give this Company a bad rating.

This place beats all others on pricing and setup but service is ridiculous. You\u2019ll go days if not weeks without response so if you\u2019re in an emergency this place can not be counted on.

They were very professional and knew what they were doing and did a fantastic job. The loss of power was very minimal while they were hooking up to our breakers. We are very satisfied with the work, the cost and the courtesy of the staff when we called in to discuss payment options etc.

I am so happy to have found Faith Electric - referred by a friend when I had gone through some long days and nights without electricity (more than once!). Very professional and so nice! Also, extremely thorough to make sure all questions were answered and all arrangements are made. It was installed in one day and the crew could not have been nicer! Made sure all worked perfectly and that I was well schooled on how it works and maintenance tips. A week after, my electricity went out in an ice storm and I hardly noticed it was off!! Have previously owned Generac generators.I chose this dealer because they were supposed to handle plumbing, electrical, install and permits and I would not have to coordinate as in previous installations. I'm still waiting on inspections. Have had to make multiple calls regarding same. Asked for a concrete pad and their installer installed but not to code. They had to fix that for me on day of install. Also, existing electrical panel location not ok per code. On day of install, I was advised that they would have to move the electrical panel to outside. No charge to me though. The sales rep had taken pictures of everything so don't know why the surprise. I had to set up my own Mobile Link with the assistance of Generac. Still waiting to hear about extended warranty coverage. Invoice references wrong Model #. Not sure what impact that has, if any. Only realized it when I was setting up Mobil Link. All the people were courteous and professional. Not the best experience but also not the worst experience. The critical issue will be if I lose power and generator does not operate as intended.

Faith electric without a doubt has high quality individuals with superb attention to detail I have never seen such attention to detail from a contractor. Their guys showed up on time as scheduled did their part they left my side yard cleaner than it was before they arrived. One of their guys noticed their van was leaking oil on my driveway he immediately moved the van off the driveway and proceeded to clean the oil up I've never seen a contractor do that. Their guys took the time to talk to me and review the generator with me and to make sure I understood 100% how to operate and maintain. Faith electric installed the generator on May 8, 2020, after a week all indirections were complete. Faith came by on may 15 put generator online. That evening ok city loss power around 8:00pm generator run just like it was designed, Between May 18 yo May 29 ok city lost power again - generator ran again without any problems. Would highly recommend faith electric.

The process from estimate to install was fantastic. The price is good with great quality work. They are good honest people. After a month and still unable to get a response from the tech that was suppose to do Warranty work on my Generac generator I gave up and call someone else. I will never deal with Faith again. Kinda looks bad on the Generac name.

Bought a 22kw standby generator. Company representatives arrived on time, were very professional, friendly, knowledgable, and completed the job in a timely manner. Explained the generator operations. Cleaned up before leaving and left a professional looking job.

Technicians were on time and professional, all questions were answered promptly. Natural Gas Techs. also found two gas leaks under our house, they repaired those after notifing us.

For some reason, it does no good to call and leave a message with the receptionist to have their service guys call and set up an appointment for warranty work on home generator. I've called twice, and left message with receptionist. She has confirmed that she has passed the message on to the service guys. I never have had a return call. I had my contractor install a brand new 20KW Generac on my home this fall, and now, after two ice storms, it's failed to come on to provide power to home. I'm quite upset.

Billy finally figured out what was wrong with my Generac 17KW Generator. Generac let the unit get out of the factory with an air box (plastic box that air filter sets in) that had a leak (Vacuum Leak) that made the air/fuel ratio incorrect resulting in hard starting. When new the unit required 3 cranking sessions to start, over time about 1 to 1-1/2 years this went to 4 crank sessions then would not start. Billy worked on it numerous times and finally replaced the Air Box and now the unit starts first crank runs and shuts off automatically as it is advertised to do. A Big "Thank You" to Billy for stickking with it until he got it fixed.

I've used this dealer twice to service my generator; I've had one technician fail to return my call and the another technician do $119 worth of work which I did not request or authorize. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

After the install our internet was down for 3 days due to the placement of the ground wire, requiring my IP to come out and resolve the issue. They also had knocked lose one of the primary AC ducts in my attic along with the dryer exhaust vent. Finally, they bled the gas line on a Friday and put the unit in service. I discovered Sunday after returning from being out of town for the weekend that I had no hot water; only to discover they had interrupted the gas flow to the tank and the pilot light was out. I had to relight the pilot light

I looked at a lot of different generators and installers before i picked both the generac and faith electric - i am extremely pleased with both!

At the first meeting it was obvious they knew their business.The installation was equally fast and professional.I've had no problems with unit since installation.

They coordinated with plumbers, the gas company for a larger meter, and their team to install completely in 12 hours [did not shut down for lunch]. I was without electricity for about 5-6 hours in the process. They cleaned up their work areas before they left. The city inspectors approved everything on their first visit. The cover lock on one side does not work - so I will ask if they can fix it when it is due for a scheduled maintenance.

It has been approximately two months, since I first called Faith Electric about repairing my home generator and it is still not repaired.
