STAY AWAY!!!!

My elderly parents bought a generator from this company less than a year ago. The generator quit after about 30 hours of use during the ice storm in January. They called, someone was supposed to be out the next day...nothing. Finally showed up Wednesday, replaced the battery, said a sensor was bad, but didn't have it on his truck. The generator was allegedly "fixed" as long as my mother only let it run for so long then turned it off for so long. Sadly, that was wrong. Called again later on Wednesday...they weren't "accepting calls". She somehow had gotten the tech's phone number and called him. Left a message. Thur...finally showed up and replaced sensor. Within an hour, generator down again. Called tech again. Left message. Friday, called tech again and he told her he was going to "tell them they needed to replace..." (something not sure what). Saturday some dude allegedly from Generac calls and says he's coming out to diagnose their issue. He's told the power is back on, but responds he's only in the area that day. He finds a loose wire, replaces the battery again and left. They spent 4 days w/o electricity (for the most part) and lost all of the food in their refrigerator. Monday they get a call from Generac saying they owe them $250 for an after hours call. Seriously? Tuesday someone shows up to install a monitoring device and also asks for the $250. He is told they only have a credit card...which apparently he can't accept. Within the hour my mom finds a $250 charge on the card they used to pay for the generator 6 months previously!

Excellent company from start to finish! Highly recommend Generator Supercenter. They provided a sales representative who visited us to discuss generator options and site location, then gave us a quote and assisted with signing up. They also offer financing options along with great service plans, including monitoring and warranty work.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Do not use this company. They installed a unit less than a year ago and didn't even bother to put the oil cap back on and all the oil blew out the top. Lucky the unit didn't blow up. Now they're telling me it will be six weeks before they can stop by and put a cap back on it. I have a rag sticking out of the oil fill hole on a brand new unit. Stay away.

Service after the sale, Awesome

I’m writing to compliment Ryan B., Service Professional for Generator Supercenter. Ryan came to our home, we had an older Generac Generator. We purchased this home in 2016 and the generator was existing. We did not know how to operate the generator. We bought the home relocating from out of state. The generator was a big selling point on the home but we had never owned one before. He came out, on-time, called us that he was on his way. He brought everything with him needed, did a complete service on the generator and gave us the great news that it was not only operational but could be monitored with a Smart App! It has been a month and the most recent storms tested the system proving that it works and reports as promised. What a great guy and wonderful company!

These guys are so unprofessional. They try over selling to the point of being ridiculous. And 50% down thats a sign of risky business Needless to say we went with another contractor

Excellent Service

I highly recommend the folks at Generator Supercenter of Nashville. They were professional throughout the whole process and kept me updated. The installation crew was fast, neat, and very informative when explaining how the generator works. I am very pleased with this company!
