I\u2019m writing to compliment Ryan B., Service Professional for Generator Supercenter. Ryan came to our home, we had an older Generac Generator. We purchased this home in 2016 and the generator was existing. We did not know how to operate the generator. We bought the home relocating from out of state. The generator was a big selling point on the home but we had never owned one before. He came out, on-time, called us that he was on his way. He brought everything with him needed, did a complete service on the generator and gave us the great news that it was not only operational but could be monitored with a Smart App! It has been a month and the most recent storms tested the system proving that it works and reports as promised. What a great guy and wonderful company!

50 % down before any work is started

These guys are so unprofessional. They try over selling to the point of being ridiculous. And 50% down thats a sign of risky business Needless to say we went with another contractor

I highly recommend the folks at Generator Supercenter of Nashville. They were professional throughout the whole process and kept me updated. The installation crew was fast, neat, and very informative when explaining how the generator works. I am very pleased with this company!
