Generator Supercenter Of N Atlanta

home generator

Poor customer service, poor workmanship and ineffective communication on a Home generator install.

Brick work of generator

I had a 28k Generator installed. They were suppose to cutout 2/4 inches of brick to connect the transfer switches to main breaker but ruined my brick wall cutting a 4ft by 5ft opening into my wall and then trited stuffing pieces of brick in openings by hand leaving big gaps and openings and refused to fix. I did not approve the cutting of more than 4 inches of brick but installer stated this is how he do it. Contacted comamy but they did not call me back.

Excellent service

Wonderful service! We bought our generator from Generator Superstore of N Atlanta back in 2021. It is one of the best purchases we have ever made. This past Wednesday we had a problem with the unit. It went into stop mode. I emailed Melissa and the very next morning Dom came out to see what was going on. He needed a switch, which he got and came back out to install it. The generator was up and running once again, same day. There was excellent communication and we are so grateful to Dom for his knowledge and dedication to getting our unit up and running so quickly. The most impressive part is that we were out of town and this was all done so efficiently and effectively. How amazing to come home to a smooth running generator due to Melissa's quick response to my email and Dom fixing our unit in such a timely fashion, less than 24 hours!!

Generator life

Raymond & Melissa followed through on all installation promises. Very pleased

Glad we did this!

Our installation and generator are great! From start to finish every individual involved with getting our generator was efficient, professional & courteous - from the initial site survey and quote to the follow up calls with the office staff to the crew that did the installation. The crew paid great attention to detail and kept us well informed during the process. So glad we chose Generator Superstore of North Atlanta and really like the security knowing we have adequate power during any future power outages.

We had our generator installed late last month by Generator Supercenter of North Atlanta. The crew was efficient, knowledgeable and worked quickly. The entire process from quote to installation was easy and effortless. The paperwork with Costco was processed quickly and seamlessly. High recommend!

Very well managed and trained personnel.

Very professional. Smooth installation. No issues.

Professional and on time

Every one that we talked to, starting with the sales to office reps to install crew were courteous, professional and punctual. They were transparent about everything and gave summary every step of the way to prepare and do. The coordination was excellent amongst the different teams and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering installing a backup generator.
