Generator Supercenter Of Midland

Impressed

I would like to express how impressed I was with Brad and his total professional knowledge, appearance, and communication he brought during the recent service to our generator. This level of overall service is very rate today. I will certainly recommend Generator Supercenter of Midland to my friends who have generators!

Comfortable

I have been on the Midland Generator Supercenter service plan for a year now. It did not cost much more than just the annual maintenance I was paying anyway from my original installer. This was my first annual checkup on my Generac. They did a much more thorough checkup and cleaning than the previous company, who installed the Unit. And during that year there were 2-3 times that they immediately responded to error codes and contacted me before I even knew something happened. And on at least a couple of those occasions, they were able to remedy remotely, without a trip out. I became very comfortable with them watching over my unit. I highly recommend them.

Great Experience!

Overall great experience from the initial meeting to the installation, installation was quick and clean with running the electrical and gas down the wall to the generator. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home generator setup.

Great Service

Matt got my generator up and running in a matter of days when my previous service group left me in a lurch for months. I couldn't ask for better service.

Pleased

It was a pleasure working with the folks from Generac. Very eager to please and most accommodating.

Happy Customer

Everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to me. From the lady’s on the phone at their office to the electrician and tech. Couldn’t be happier! Big props to Matt the tech for his expertise, knowledge and patience!

Excellent service!

My Generac was just installed yesterday and the men were wonderful. They were very knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned everything up! They kept me informed by phone as to when they were coming, and that was very good for me. They were very nice to me and it was a pleasure working with them.
