It Works

After a wait of 5 months, I finally had the generator installed. It is working the way I was told it would, but I was also told I would be able to monitor the generator from my smart phone, but so far that hasn't been set up for me. I am able to check it on my computer, but that doesn't help me when I'm not home.

Delayed

The only problem was the time from purchase to installation was more than 3 months over what we were originally told. Understanding the shortage but all contact had to be initiated by us and still waiting on the information and activation of the automatic monitoring. If you are inpatient, this is not the company for you.

Worth the wait!!!

It did take a while to get generator in stock, but after the power outages of last winter I expected the wait. The day of install was flawless. I was very impressed with the installers knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend Generator Supercenter in Lufkin, Texas.

waited too long for the generator

I ordered my generator in April and was told 3-4 months for delivery it was 8 months. The installers were not professional but did get the job done. The product itself works fine the hassel to get it however not so much.
