Fast response in time of need!

We experienced one of the worst wind storms last week. Winds over 100mph. When my 8 year old Generac generator kicked on. It ran about 10-15 min before lightening struck close enough to the generator to cause it to immediately stop. I couldn’t get anywhere with the control pad because it was fried. I called Generator Supercenter the next day, which was Sunday, at approximately 5:30pm. Most places are closed and won’t even answer a phone on Sundays. I was in luck, because a nice, helpful man answered the phone and told me someone would be on their way tomorrow afternoon. The next morning around 8:30am, I received a call from the technician. He said he’d be at my house between 9:30-10am. I was shocked he would arrive faster than I expected. Sure enough, he arrived at my house around 9:45. He checked everything thoroughly to make sure lightening hadn’t gone farther up the lines and damaged more than just the control panel. Thankfully, it was just the panel and he replaced it with no issues. My generator fired right up! I went ahead and had him replace the battery and change oil since it was getting close to needing that service anyway (which was my idea, not his). I was only out of power for about 30-something hours. Thanks to Generator Supercenter, I survived the 100* heat index all week since power wasn’t restored to my house until 6 days later. My tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Generator Supercenters pulled staff from across the state to make sure customers in my area of the state could get service for their generators due to this huge storm. I don’t know of any other company that can do that. I appreciate that they did that for its customers. Their pricing was fair and competitive. I will definitely use Generator Supercenters again for any service or maintenance I need for my Generac generator. I’m extremely pleased with the service and highly recommend them to everyone!
