Generator Supercenter Of Denton

JR with Beaumont store dropped by 2 weeks ago when my Generac needed servicing and then again today to replace a starter. Both times he was very courteous professional pleasant and explained what he was about to do and what he actually did before he left. He definitely is an asset to Generator Super Center.

Ryan did a great job and is very knowledgeable plus personable.

GENERATOR SUPER CENTER 5⭐

The Salesman Joey Armstrong was VERY PROFESSIONAL and NOT PUSHY! He told us exactly what we needed, but I decided on my own to upsize my New Generator. The Installing Crew and The Startup Technician were All Very Courteous and Professional as well! GENERATOR SUPERTECH CENTER Did A Very Nice Looking Install at My Home! I GOT 5 QUOTES AND CHOSE GSC TO BE THE BEST OVERALL VALUE! I Highly Recommend Joey and The Rest Of Generator Super Centers Employees!

Representative

Barry was a great representative. He explained everything in detail and made it easy to understand.

Great Install and service

I purchased a 22kw gen from generator warehouse in bmt. I have great install and service from them. Easy to contact.

Great Technician Support

I love the peace of mind of having my Generac. And I want to thank Generator superstore for maintaining and addressing any issues. A Special shout out to JR for replacing parts and explaining to me everything that he did. Definitely not my area of expertise and I appreciate having the monthly maintenance.

Service maintenance

Patrick the service Technician was excellent, informative, knowledgeable, he explained many unknown functions of my generator and transfer switch. He was early to the appointment, prompt , polite also explained what he was doing to service my generator. Great job

Poor communication repeatedly

Promised calls back don't happen; company is great at billing but not much else.

Rob is The Best

I contacted the Denton Generator Superstore to get an estimate on installing a whole House Generator. Hooked up with Rob Dill. What a pleasure that turned out to be. He is personable, professional, thoughtful and some one who cares about what he is doing. He took the time to really understand our home and what it would require to power our home in an outage .I would highly recommend you talk with Rob if you want someone who cares and really knows his stuff. We wound up not buying a generator from anyone but if that decision was reversed we would have absolutely bought from Rob!

Buyer Beware

GSC of Denton does not stand behind their work. They do not honor their warranty. Spend your money with the Fort Worth location instead.
