Rob is The Best

I contacted the Denton Generator Superstore to get an estimate on installing a whole House Generator. Hooked up with Rob Dill. What a pleasure that turned out to be. He is personable, professional, thoughtful and some one who cares about what he is doing. He took the time to really understand our home and what it would require to power our home in an outage .I would highly recommend you talk with Rob if you want someone who cares and really knows his stuff. We wound up not buying a generator from anyone but if that decision was reversed we would have absolutely bought from Rob!

GSC of Denton does not stand behind their work. They do not honor their warranty. Spend your money with the Fort Worth location instead.

if I could give zero stars I would

Had contacted them to do warranty work on a unit, after 8 months and SEVERAL visits it is still not fixed with the SAME issue each time. Overheard technician on phone mocking our requests for repairs. Could not get detailed information on the work performed at each repair visit, so we have little record of repairs actually performed. They have pushed hard for it to be something that wasn't their problem instead of finding the root cause of the problem to repair it properly. Took several days and messages left for someone to return a call on latest visit to find out what was found on that "repair".

Communication makes the difference!

Thought long & hard about this review. Our initial experience was awful; poor follow up, worse communication & "luck of the draw" on quality of associates coming to our home. Ultimately took a year or so to get installed; we were told our order "Fell thru the cracks", whatever that means.

They are unprofessional

They never respond I have to go to the store in person to get any update on install. Been waiting 3 week to get a quote on the upgrade to service panel

Outstanding service!

The team at Generator Supercenter of Denton went above and beyond my expectations with their responsiveness and professionalism. My install was actually bumped up to approximately 4 weeks ahead of the initial time estimate and was completed inside of one day. They handled all the coordination with the plumbing contractor and city, it was overall a very painless process. I would recommend them to anyone in the area considering having a generator system installed.

Could not even get them to call me

I went by their store . asked for a quote for the generator i wanted., they didn't even bother to call back. Don't know if i even want them to do maintenance now that my generator is bought and installed by someone else

Wow! The Generator Supercenter of Denton was great! They excelled at getting it right. From initial contact to wrapping up and \u201cthank you\u2019s\u201d, Travis\u2019 crew did as much and as quickly as humanly possible. Travis\u2019 crew worked as hard as any crew I\u2019ve ever seen. Before they started I had a call from Generator Supercenter\u2019s corporate office with a phone number and an offer to assist if I had any problems or concerns throughout the process but there never was a need. Our home wasn\u2019t new so the process wasn\u2019t without glitches; having to work with multiple, strict code sets (plumbing, electrical), utilities coordination, inspection procedures and scheduling. But\u2026when it was all done, all my concerns were addressed and we have a professional, quality installation that we are very pleased with. I wouldn\u2019t hesitate for a second to have them back for another project.

Amazing Service

From start to finish Generator Supercenter was amazing. Everyone was very kind and very professional. I was concerned about having multiple contractors coming to my home but my concerns were addressed immediately when I found out their work is NOT contracted out to other providers. Generator Supercenter has by far exceeded my expectations and I rest easy knowing my family is covered if our power goes out.
