Horrible Installation! Stay away from this company!
Generator Supercenter of Charleston was selected via the Costco buying center for a whole house generator. The installation has been a disaster and the outside appearance of my house is disgraceful! They laid conduits that did not fit the wiring and placed the generator too close to outside features and have had to redo the installation over 3x and now cannot get an approval from the county for installation. Stay away and use someone else. Costco has now been notified too.

Poor management
Waited 6month for this place to get a liquid cool generator and everything that the sales rep told us 6months ago was basically a lie so all of that time was wasted. Management in this store is awful and I am glad we did not do business with a place that has such lousy manager.

Couldn't be happier
From the moment I called in, I knew we wanted to go with Generator Supercenter. From my initial call, they were extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of the questions I had and at no point did I feel pressured to purchase.
