Generator Supercenter Of Broward

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. They show up for installation without scheduling the appointment with you. You are at work and the tech calls that they are at your property and they are aware that you work and don't live at the property. This company was notified many times that I do not live on the property. The property is an airbnb. The service crew and office personnel is upset that you are not on the property. The representative said they completed the job so the company can receive the final payment but they leave the permit open. They have caller ID and when you call or email the company there is no rresponse. You show up to the company and everyone is sitting down. Buyer beware to receive poor customer service.

Knowledgeable and pleasant,

Generator Supercenter of Miami installed a whole house generator and an underground LP tank for us. From start to finish the work was done well, the staff was knowledgeable and pleasant, and there was clear communication throughout. One thing that was particularly helpful with communication was the use of a dedicated phone number for text messages related to installation dates - we received notices, reminders and updates and could ask questions and get quick answers. I highly recommend Generator Supercenter of Miami.
