It took a lot longer than they told me it was going to part of that was because of the city of Hollywood permitting process the best service I\u2019ve had so far was from their technician, nice guy explains things well and takes his time. Oh, and he speaks perfect English. He was very helpful.

The Project specialist (M) explained everything in detail. Although I didn\u2019t elect to get the generator he recommended, he still supported my decision and explained the caveats to what I chose. A few weeks later, after more research, I decided to change the generator model to the one he initially recommended. This was done with ease and no drama, He was ALWAYS available to me by phone. When there were blips in communication or scheduling, I always knew that the project specialist would take my call and follow up on my issue. If you\u2019re from Miami, you can appreciate things never go according to schedule- but having someone actually ANSWER your calls and act on them is PARAMOUNT. M is that guy! Gentleman came out (seemed knowledgable) was polite and friendly. Never measured anything just guesstimated , after he left I measured all the distances. Cant put generator where he says it should go. distance was more than he said it was, so i would have ended up paying alot more than his guesstimate. Tried to get the guy from this company that gave an estimate to my nieghbor but he blew off 3 yes 3 appointments he made with me. NO i dont recomend this company.
