Generator Supercenter Of Annapolis

Excellent experience, not just the sale, the service and customer service!!

Best investment

Super happy with the Generator purchase we’ve had two bad storms and the power has gone out, and the Generator has kicked on and ran flawlessly. I highly recommend a whole home Generator if you live in a place that loses power during storms

Excellent Service!

I bought my Generac generator from Generator Superstore Annapolis several years ago. What really stands out is the customer service after the sale! These folks actually care! Great product, great customer service equals a happy customer for life! I cannot recommend this product and this company more! It is truly rare to find this level of commitment, dedication and a great product!

Best upgrade ever

Super happy with the purchase of my 26KW and feel the of security if we lose power

Best Generator Office

I am greatful that we finally have our own Generac office in Annapolis. They are excellent in customer service, installation and follow up for yearly contract service. Your generator is something you dont think about until you need it. But this office will follow up with annual service reminders to ensure your generators will always be ready no matter what the weather brings. I have never regretted this purchase and so very glad we have this well organized and well managed office in Annaoplis to support us.

Generator Super Center !!

Pat, Mike, and Tyler did a very professional job with the Generac start and test process on 3/31/2026. The work is professional and everything was well explained. We are very satisfied with the process that Generator Supercenter followed from initial visit through scheduling and installation and this visit for connecting the propane, testing the system, and waking us through the work done and results. The communication with the company Generator Super Center of Annapolis, MD was timely and helpful. The entire process of getting the system installed and running has gone very well.
