Generator Supercenter- Lake Country

EXCELLENT SERVICE

I had an outstanding experience working with the team at Generator Supercenter of Lake County. The first impression thru Kelly was exceptional. What a Gem! Experienced installers and smooth installation with Sam and his co workers made this a good experience. Thank you Mark with your patience!.

Installed on 5/04/2026. Overall, everything went off without a hitch. Office personnel took care of all the details. Installation crew did a great job. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. More than happy with everything !!

Great Company!

This team was great to work with. They handled all of the coordination with WE Energies to set up this install. The time was on time, knowledgeable, informative, and a joy to work with. The entire experience was seamless and I would recommend to family and friends!

Great Service

Super professional. Nice retail location. Service tech was on time, polite, explained everything and completeld all service and install of cellular device in a timely manner

Pleased beyond words

Install went very well on a muddy, rainy day. The team knew exactly what they were doing. No problems. We have had our Generac almost a year now. Every week the system checks itself for a few min. It's a reminder we'll be able to flush toilets and sump pumps will run. If I have questions about it, I just call and ask. The team is pleasant and knows their generators. The other day, we had our first live outage in our neighborhood. The Generac started instantly, ran smoothly for 2+ hr and turned off with zero interruption in power. HUGE relief and peace of mind. One of the best investments we've made.

Generator

My husband and I were very satisfied with the work and whole team! Very prompt, excellent communication and Mark was great to work with! He was a great help with the app also!

New Home Generator

We were very pleased with the professional way with which the crew addressed the installation of our new generator. They were all very courteous and considerate of our home as they were going in and out during the process of the installation. They checked in with us when complete to explain how the system worked and answered our questions while showing how everything worked. Took the time to do a complete job of cleaning up when they were done. Great crew!!!!
