Second stage

Just had the guys complete the second stage of my installation - the electrical part. Mason and Keaton were very nice to work with. Courteous, professional and obviously knew their job. Now waiting for the plumber and after that should be all hooked up. The Generator Supercenter in Tyler, TX has great people working for them. Thank you.

They're too busy

3 weeks to wait for a bid? Too busy. The girl said. Maybe they should hire more staff if they're that busy?

Bad Installation

My generator was installed in January of 2022. They dug up my flower bed to run the electrical to house. They did not fill the trench they made correctly. It required me, a 76 year old female, to finish the job. Now that it is time to use yard sprinkler system, we found the installers placed the generator on top of a control box. Innovation Landscaping had to dig up my flower bed a second time to lay a water supply line to existing sprinkler heads and new control box. This is costing me even more money and aggravation. I do no recommend their installers.

So I need to amend my previous review. This was supposed to be a turnkey job including the first tank of propane. Our generator was installed and the propane tank was set up and filled by Potts Gas Company in June. After several calls to Generator Supercenter, they still have not paid Potts for the propane put in the tank. We are extremely unhappy with the way Generator Supercenter in Tyler has handled this. I would not recommend them now.

Very knowledgeable!

Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the entire process. The installation team did a great job and showed up when they said they would. We would highly recommend Generator Supercenter in Tyler.

Excellent Company

This entire process has been smooth and without issues. Great personnel from sale thru intall. We really pleased to have this product. We are going to be even more pleased in July when the power is off and our A.C. Is running.

Outstanding service after the sale

I purchased a 22kw for my residence. The team came to my residence and helped me decide the size of generator that I needed. The installers were great, keeping me updated on every step throughout the process. The service after the sale could not be better. Great organization to do business with.
