Great yearly maintenance

Michael P. was AWESOME!! He spent almost an hour changing plugs, oil, checking the battery and CLEANING the unit to almost factory new/fresh condition. He answered all my questions, gave me several pointers and thoroughly checked operations before reassembling the unit. Michael is personable, professional and a fountain of information! I absolutely recommend him for anything Generac related!!

Michael P. serviced our generator today and he was very respectable and was pleasant to deal wtih

Happy Customer!

I’ve been very pleased since installation three years ago! Yesterday Guillermo did my annual inspection. He’s very courteous and explains everything well. Thank you, Guillermo, & Generator Supercenter for three years of great service!

Superb maintenance !

My generator is going on 10 years now and stays working perfectly! I really appreciate Michael P. for maintaining my generator for me and doing such an awesome job!

fantastic service

One year has passed since the installation of our generator and Chase Smith came out to do the annual inspection. Chase was very knowledgeable and helpful & he answered questions that I had about the generator and it use. He performed an excellent service on the unit and left me his card to use in case I had any questions or concerns. I would hardly recommend Generac Generator in Tyler, Texas and Chase Smith.

Professional Grade

In mid- July'24, I decided to counter frequent commercial power outages with a standby generator. I made an assessment of the load to be satisfied by the generator and concluded that I need a 26KW unit. On 26July'24, Generac's tech sales representative met with me and confirmed my load assessment and the generator capacity needed. I placed the order on that date (i.e., 26Jul'24). Due to back orders of the 26KW unit, delivery/installation of gen set and transfer panel occurred 26Sept/24. One week later (03Oct24), the natural gas fuel connection was made and start-up/checkout completed. The machine was programmed for weekly "exercise" at 2:00PM on Wednesdays (and that is occurring as programmed). The Generac technicians who did the installation/start-up/check-out work met/exceeded my generally lofty expectations (i.e., no "twist=offs" in their performance). They meticulously cleaned-up the job site and left the generator package with a pleasing professional appearance.

Bait and switch artists

I bought a Generac 24K generator. When I asked them to set up the connection to my home wifi and the Generac monitoring system they refused. They said I had to buy their nearly $50 a month service and would not help set up the Generac System. The Generac system costs about $50 a year. I complained to Generac and they sent Tyler Equipment Sales and Service out of Bullard. They came the next day and spent about 3 hours connecting to my wifi and the Generac monitoring system and didn't charge me one cent.
