Peace of Mind with Genera

We’ve had a great experience with our Generac generator. Knowing we have reliable backup power gives our family real peace of mind and a sense of safety, especially during unexpected outages. The system has been dependable, easy to use, and worth every penny. Highly recommend Generac to anyone looking for security and reliability at home.

Peace of mind

Had our generator for a few months we haven't had to use it but knowing it's there is a peace of mind

From Very Angry to Happy

My job not complete yet but haven't been happy at all. Took nearly 6 months from the time I requested the generator until is was finally installed. The City Permit Office blames Supercenter, Supercenter blames city, neither one meeting my need. They come to install and wound up cutting a water line that the plumber had to come out and repair. Then they used my water hose and the nozzle went missing. Again not happy. They then sent Javier to meet the city inspector. I kind of ranted at him about all that's happened and I must admit he was excellent! Listened to all that concerned me without interrupting. He apologized, assured me he would make sure everything was taken care of and single handedly got to work. He fixed the water filled trench left behind by the crew, pumped out all the water, found the nozzle which was now broken, buried in the dirt from the trench and fixed everything else. He went and bought me a new nozzle (the exact kind I had) before cleaning everything all up. He then explained to my family how the generator would work. I like that there were no excuses, no rationalizing, no blaming anyone. He just fixed it all and made sure I was happy. I'm very grateful to you Javier. You calmed me down and made things right. I look forward to completing the project now.

great investment

purchased this because of possible power outages. have had power outage lasting couple of days and we were only house in Nabor hood with power. power needed for medical devices. best investment we could have made. installation was completed in couple of days everything works great.

Great Company and Service

I have recently had my generator installed at my new home here in the city of Riverside. I wanted to go with a dealer who was fully transparent with clean work and an honest price. I found all that and more with the group at GSC-IE. From the initial consultation to the final install, and now to being a service customer, the staff there has always taken care of me. If you are looking for a generator for your outage needs, look no further than GSC- Inland Empire.

Caring After Install

I recently had the pleasure of working with Generator Supercenter IE, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. I reached out to them for a generator installation, and their team was quick to respond, answering all my questions and guiding me through the entire process. The technicians arrived on time, were friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They completed the installation efficiently and even took the time to explain how everything worked, ensuring I felt comfortable operating the generator. What really stood out to me was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They followed up after the service to make sure everything was running smoothly, which is a rarity these days. I felt valued as a customer, and it gave me confidence that I made the right choice. If you're in the market for a reliable generator or need service on your existing one, I highly recommend Generator Supercenter IE. Their expertise, reliability, and outstanding customer service make them a top choice!

Powerful Installation

Power Pro Premier! say's a lot to me. Being a business owner I know a thing or two. Had my consultation. Bought and installed and it looks beautiful, permits were not fun but it's a city process. Everything went as they explained. I have had my generator for 1 year now and communication is easy, had my first maintenance they called me to schedule before I even knew it was due. Business's evolve and I'm happy my experience was pleasant. I get a curtsey call when my generator runs to check on me! That is top tier.. Thank you GSC of Inland Empire

Generac Generator

We have been with Generator Supercenter IE for almost 2 years and we have been treated with respect. The associates are professional, and are knowledgeable. We recommend them for any purchases of a Generac Generator or for any maintenance that is required!

bad CS service

You know, I didn't buy my generac from them. I bought it through a company when I got my solar. And I'm having issues with my whole house generator and when I was on the phone with the main company Generac, they said just find somebody local that services them through they're dealer locator .. So I found this this company because it says generac all over it. I call and the girl that answers the phone was just giving me a hard time because I didn't buy it from them. I wasn't able to s hefule a service, she wouldn't let me schedule a service. She said what with the fires they are busy .. I said I don't care if my appointment is 2 weeks out. I just need a schedule a regular service for it and she goes well because she didn't buy from us blah blah blah ... WHO CARES WHERE I BOUGHT IT, who cares if I didn't buy from you? I need a maintenance on it, so I would not recommend these people ... bad CS when you call in ..

Great front office staff

Wife and I just bought a new place in Lake Arrowhead. Needed a generator installed before winter, and got a referral to Generator Supercenter through Costco. The sales person, John came to our place for a consultation. He was a bit stand offish at first but he warmed up after a while. We got everything signed that same day, and they even got a team out to us within 2 business days before we left for our honeymoon! Really appreciated that. There were some challenges on the install, and I do feel like the salesperson skipped a few steps or maybe was new to consulting on the proper location for generators, but luckily the team that showed up were all experts and professional - so dispute some initial hiccups and needing to plan for an extra day - we got it figured out. The project team were all friendly and were receptive to all the questions I had asked. Wasn’t an easy install getting a 1 ton generator on the side of a mountain! Can’t say enough good things about the front office staff. Jennie was extremely caring and attentive to our needs, especially as some challenges arose during the project. But she was quick to address and help resolve. All in all it was a really good experience and we’d recommend to anyone looking to get a stand by generator!
