I needed a generator installed because my dad is on a ventilator and the hospital let me take him home with me. The salesperson and the team that set it up were super professional and put the generator on a tracking system so that they can make sure it\u2019s always ready to power up and told me that if it gives me any type of issues to call them and they\u2019ll come out and take a look.

I was referred to them from my daughter because she lost power and needed a generator installed and they were able to get her one installed the following week. I called and they scheduled me an appointment and the man that came out took his time and looked around my house to see where the generator would fit best. He took lots of pictures and then explained to me which generator I would need to power up the essentials and helped me understanding the financing option since that\u2019s what I needed. It took about a month for them to come back and install the generator, but they sent me weekly updates about how the permit was in processing with the city. It\u2019s a good investment.

When I bought my house, it came with a generator, and I was researching the generator and saw that there was a Generator Supercenter not too far, so I called them, and they sent someone over and he did an oil change and made sure everything was ready to go. They have a service that monitors the generator so that if something\u2019s wrong with it they can come out to fix it. I had a great experience with the staff at Generator Supercenter. I requested information online about a generator and the next day I received a call from Michelle and she answered so many questions. She was so knowledgeable and patient with me. She scheduled an appointment for a technician to come to my house, free of charge to see which generator would work best for my home. The technician's name was Peleti and he was also extremely knowledgeable and patient. It was a very good experience and I recommend that if anyone needs a generator, they call Generator Supercenter.
