We got everything figured out with what our home demands would require, the install guys put the pad and generac in the same day, and once we had our gas line connected, we were on our way! No Call-Back

About a month ago, I submitted an on-line request for sales. A couple days later a rep called and asked general questions. The call ended with a promise to call back the following week for an in-home appt after mapping customer requests and grouping them. Sounds like a great business plan. I waited a couple weeks but no call so I went with another company and have been very happy with the service they have given me.
