Gsc Of College Station, LLC

Buyer Beware!!!

We purchased 2 Generac Generators, one for the city (Bryan/College Station) and one for our rural home in the country. We were please until an issue showed itself once the weather was nice and we needed to turn on the Sprinkler system. They had cut through our wiring which ruined 10 of the 11 stations. then when we brought this to their attention they told us their "Landscaping Clause" covers them from liability. Landscaping is Grass, flowers Shrubs. Why would anyone think that they could just wreck your entire system with no liability? Then to rectify the situation they wanted to "give" us 2 Surge protectors (the units have one built in) and free maintenance for a year which they had already given us for purchasing 2 units. These guys aren't forthright or trustworthy. We do not recommend Generator Supercenter!

Confirming my phone conversation today w/Kelsey, recently I had a power outage @ my residence-lost power and the Generac generator installed by Generator Supercenter of Central Texas immediately "kicked-in" and my power was restored-my first time to use the generator and everything worked-kudos to Alex Jester for sizing the generator correctly-Generator Supercenter may use my testimony as needed. Great features

Great job start to finish! I have been completely satisified.

Finished wi installation and start up today. Salesman was Deemarco and tech was Matt B. Both were excellent and very professional! Not sure the names of the initial installers but they were great as well.

Service Review

Matt B. came and serviced our generator for its one year service. He contacted us and told us his schedule for us and kept in touch by texts until he finished as we were out of town. He left a door hanger for us with the information and we are very pleased with all our interactions with Generator Supercenter of College Station.

Great Product & Service

The installation over a year ago went very smoothly, and the generator has done a great job keeping the power on. Wejust had the annual service done. Matt B. was very professional, friendly and meticulous. The generator is like new inside and out.

Great experience - it was worth the wait!

Generators are hard to come by these days, so we were happy to hear this location had them in stock. We got everything figured out with what our home demands would require, the install guys put the pad and generac in the same day, and once we had our gas line connected, we were on our way! Thank you!

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, WE APPRECIATE IT.

No Call-Back

About a month ago, I submitted an on-line request for sales. A couple days later a rep called and asked general questions. The call ended with a promise to call back the following week for an in-home appt after mapping customer requests and grouping them. Sounds like a great business plan. I waited a couple weeks but no call so I went with another company and have been very happy with the service they have given me.
