From initial contact to field estimate to the actual installation, we were well treated, got a fair price and feel the value was high. The best part was 2 weeks after install the neighborhood lost power for almost 3 days (except US). Simply awesome!

Spectacular Service!

Had a Generac 24kw whole house generator installed by sub-contractor of the General contractor overseeing a basement finish project. Nobody knew how anything worked and after weeks of asking for a brief overview for my thousands I called Generator Supercenter for a service call. My service rep was was on time, courteous, knowledgably and friendly. The service was exactly what I wanted, I learned how everything worked and two problems were detected and resolved on the spot. I signed up for remote monitoring and the regular maintenance program. Highly recommend!

Top notch from start to finish

Everything about our whole home generator purchase was handled with ease. From the first meeting with our sales agent, Mike Sutton, through financing/purchase options, to the completed installation was better than we imagined. Mike is courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about his products. He made sure we were comfortable at each step along the way. Likewise the installation crew were fantastic. The entire job was completed in about 4-1/2 hours with minimal interruption to our day. The piece of mind this purchase has given us is priceless. We highly recommend this group to anyone looking for generator needs.

Great Experience

I just purchased a Generac from the Supercenter in Indianapolis and had a great experience. The sales, Mike, was so helpful and explained everything to me very carefully. The installers were nice and friendly and did a great installation job. I would highly recommend this company.

An Excellent Experience

From start to finish Generator Supercenter of Indy has just been fantastic. From the friendly and knowledgeable salesman, to the very professional install crew, I had a top notch experience. They really went all out of their way to answer all my questions and there were several! I even commented to a couple of the install crew how I was impressed that they left my home/garage cleaner than that found it. After the install I guess I was most surprised at the stress relief I\u2019ve gained. It\u2019s like one less major thing I have to worry about. Generator Supercenter wasn\u2019t the first company that I called, but I\u2019m sure happy it\u2019s the one I picked. 10/10 Highly Recommend!
