Highly recommend this dealer!

We have just started the process and we couldn't be happier with the service and expertise. Jacob listened to our request and came up with the best generator for our house. He has friendly, professional and honest. While at our house there was a small computer glitch which he apologized for, however when he got back to the office, he immediately sent us the contact. We have had great communication with every step.

Highly recommend! All staff, starting with the initial consultation and going through installation, were attentive, responsive, helpful, professional and friendly. Generator was installed in the expected amount of time, with minimal disruption to our power. They also did a great job communicating with BGE so I didn't have to deal with that headache! Amazing team of professionals with heart!

Jon and Dolan worked for hours trouble shooting my Moms old Generac generator and we were thrilled when they got it up and running as we weren't in a position to buy a new one but if we did go that route I wouldnt hesitate to use Jon's company to do it.
